I have just had my new windows and doors installed and could"t be happier with them. Right from the start the sales Rep was knowledgeable, well informed and courteous. The installation crew were polite, clean, and very fast, Overall my experience was extremely pleasant. I am very pleased I chose Ecoline widows and doors.

I have just ordered my second set of windows from Ecoline. I was impressed with the last set, I eventually decided to order a second set from them. So far so good! Their sales and technical advisory rep was ********* who works in Calgary's S.E. location. She was a jewel from day one! We found her to be punctual, well-informed, friendly and very patient. She was only happy if we were satisfied. When I think of *********, I think of the 3 c's. ********, *********** ********** She is very adept at understanding what different people prefer and freely goes the extra mile to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Starting from requesting a quote online to the installation Ecoline was incredibly easy to work with. We were quoted reasonable rates (for a whole house of windows!) and the staff we interacted with were always pleasant and open to our questions. They were happy to show how the measurements were taken, our options for framing and what would be more energy efficient for the Greener Homes ****** Window production was done pretty quickly and installation was booked for a whole day but only took half a day. We've had these windows for about a year now and have really noticed the difference with no moisture inside the home and sound reduction from outside. We loved the process for the windows so much we also got our blinds from them!Both sales representatives for the windows and blinds brought samples, were mindful of our budget, and listened to what we wanted when exploring style options. I highly recommend them if you are looking into window or blind replacement.Ecoline Windows Calgary

Being the first time I needed to change my windows, obviously I asked several companies to come and quote.All sales reps wanted me to sign the contract right on the spot, providing a basic hand written quote, without specifying the type of glass or any other information.What I liked about ********************* from Ecoline Windows, is that he brought his tablet, he entered all the measurements in the software, we went through all the specs to see which option was the best in order to get the highest amount from the governments grant.He also invited me to visit the showroom on a day and time of my convenience, before signing the contract so I will be convinced about their product.What I liked the most about ************, is that he was not only selling me the windows, which is the product that I needed, but he also talked about the service and the 25-year warranty so I will have a peace of mind.From all the sales reps that came before who tried to rush me to sign the contract on the spot, by not asking me to sign it before visiting the showroom, **** had already a sale right on his pocket.Thank you **** for guiding me through all the process! We contacted with ecoline windows in November. Windows were replaced on January. Quality of windows is good, it is very warm and quiet in our bedrooms now. Installation was done fast and on time, they cleaned and vacuumed everything after themselves and took the trash with old windows out. Sealed everything from outside, and inside looking great!Ecoline Windows Calgary

Ecoline Windows were very helpful in helping us decide which windows to install, and were reasonably priced compared to other companies that we received quotes from. Delivery and Installation were on time. The installers were friendly and very good about cleaning up after they were done the install. The installer also went over all the features of the windows and insured that we were pleased with our purchase. Great service on the first visit but they had to come twice - they did miss some caulking the first time. I emailed them and they came within a week to fix it, it was truly appreciated. Very efficient and professional, the final product has been great.Ecoline Windows Calgary
