EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!The ********************** themselves are fine. The areas surrounding the windows were horribly repaired. The drywall is uneven, the seams are not taped and are not on a stud, there was no sanding of the spackle. The foam insulation is thick in some parts and non-existent in other parts and they cracked the frame of one window The install team dropped the old window onto the ground in our side yard and did not clean it up (we have small children and pets)My husband and I have filled out the post install survey, called in, send a detailed email with pictures, called again, left a call back number, requested a call back through the website, left 4 messages after hours asking for a call back and called again, waiting on hold for 90min with absolutely no response

Thank you for your feedback. Our service department made sure to contact you right after we received a complaint, and the frame has already been reordered. However, as per contract Ecoline Windows is not responsible for painting, mudding and taping. We applied for the greener homes ***** and went with Ecoline, and right from the beginning we said we needed energy star rated doors and were told not a problem. When it was time for the post retrofit inspection I didnt have the star rating and reached out to Ecoline and was told that they dont have energy star rated doors. I went back to the retrofit company and they said if I could get an invoice for the weather stripping that they could put that in their report so we could at least get money back for the inspections ($700) and some money back for the 2 doors. Again, I reached out to Ecoline who said and I quote Reason they cannot release separate invoice, it has to be released based on the contract or service according to accounting rules, and since we have a contract for entire door, they can give the invoice for entire door only. So now we are not able to get any money back for the upgrades we did through the ******** Greener Homes ****** From day one we repeatedly said we needed energy star rated doors and we were assured of this. I do not recommend using Ecoline.Ecoline Windows Calgary

We had the windows on the upper floor of our house replaced with Ecoline Windows recently. ****** came out to do the installation, was prompt, polite, and did the installation perfectly. **** Z was our salesperson and we were impressed with her wealth of knowledge about the product and her ability to explain everything clearly. During the manufacturing process, we were kept apprised of the progress and all the scheduled appts happened when promised. The entire process has been a pleasure. Im so very happy with the services provided from Ecoline Windows right from meeting the representative Oleh for the consultation and purchase through to the install via ***** and ***** onto the gals in the office, they were in constant communication and answered any and all questions I had. The install went without a hitch and you wouldnt even know the guys were here as they cleaned up really well after themselves. Great company to do business with. We recently had 6 new basement windows installed by Ecoline and couldnt be more pleased with the entire process. The sales rep answered all our questions and came in with a final price that was well below a competing estimate. Two pleasant and efficient installers arrived within the set time and did a fantastic job of putting in the windows. Everything was done with care, there were extra touches to ensure the finished product was as good as possible and a final walk-through was performed to be sure we understood everything and were completely satisfied. After a local contractor referred Ecoline to us we were impressed with the explanation of each aspect of the windows and mechanisms we chose. As I never give anyone a 5-start because there is always some place for improvement. This rating shows I am happy with the service the quality of the materials and the installer's ability to make it right. I would suggest a slightly better fit on the corner pieces of the *** molding as they do not fit tight. They do not move but if looking you can see the fit is not tight. When I get time I will pull these off and trim them.Overall very satisfied as it has only been 1 month, I will try to review again after the winter season.Ecoline Windows Calgary

Very happy with Ecoline windows from the first day of an estimate to the installation of 21 windows. Quality workmanship by the installation crew. The went above and beyond installing the new windows. We were very happy with the whole process even for a rep. coming out to assist us in the rebate application, which is very complicated.
