  Ecoline has completely replaced all of the windows in my home over the last few years (my choice to do them in 2 steps). Every step was explained, options were explored and discussed thoroughly, and the workmanship second to none. My house is airtight and cozy this winter!   The windows in our 50 year old home were so cold that we had to cover them with plastic film every winter! In the spring of 2022, we requested a quote from Ecoline to replace all 12 windows, and Project Manager ******************* came to our home to give us a professional assessment. **** was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. We set up a contract that day for the windows to be replaced, plus for one of the basement windows to be replaced with an egress window. When the new windows were ready, it turned out that the contractor who would be cutting the concrete for the egress window was booked for the next few weeks, but Ecoline could install the other 11 windows much sooner because of a cancellation, and would do the egress window later. We jumped at the chance and booked the install date.We were impressed with the skillful speed of the installation crew! From arrival to cleanup, the crew took only 5 hours, and they were extremely careful of our floors, furnishings and gardens! They worked efficiently with camaraderie and skill, plus answered all of our curious questions.The egress window was installed a month later, which involved both a concrete crew and a window install crew. These crews were efficient and fast, again demonstrating friendly, competent work ethics and skills. There were two occasions afterwards when we called Ecoline with follow-up questions. The first was an educational question - we needed more training on how to handle the heaviest window when cleaning it. The other was an adjustment on the trim around the egress window. A customer service call was quickly arranged on each occasion, and the issues were addressed to our satisfaction.The new windows have brightened our home, and we have been warm and cozy this winter - such an improvement! We are very pleased with the professional services that Ecoline has provided to us, and are recommending Ecoline to any of our friends who ask about the best window installers!

  I was referred to *********************************** of Ecoline Windows by a co-worker. She was extremely pleased with ******* and Ecoline. I was in search of a window company and had become discouraged because I found competitors extremely expensive and even discouraging me from taking advantage of available rebates, telling me that they werent worth it. I found Ecoline to be the complete opposite. ******* was upfront and encouraged me to take advantage of all rebates and included info to claim all available rebates. Even emailed me to remind me what to do and when - really appreciated that. He was also great at helping me select windows. He was very patient and helpful. I appreciated that he was always available to answer questions and didnt hesitate to repeat steps of rebate systems when needed. He let me take my time and didnt rush the process. I now have beautiful high quality windows in my home. The installers took their time and did an excellent job with the installation.   We just replaced the whole of the windows with Ecoline, got all we wanted, triple pane whick makes sound reduction better, I feel we use less hydro to warm up the house, hopefully in summer will be cooler as well. Recommended ******* manager who took care about it.

  Ecolinewindows offered me the best quality and price, I checked their installation around my area, they have bunch, satisfied with all, 2-3 month and we will be ready for summer.   We ordered a patio door and a French door with mini blinds on March 29, 2022. They were installed on August 29th 2022 except the patio door didn't have the mini blinds. I contacted our sales person on that day and she said she would order a new door so they left the door in until we could get the new one. On September 7th 2022 we were informed they had been ordered. On December 10th 2022 the new door was installed but the screen door was approximately 2 inches too big so they have had to reorder another screen door. The service that has been offered to us is totally unacceptable. We are 9 months later and the transaction still hasn't been completed.We decided to order 2 windows but not with the same company. From the time we ordered to the full installation was 1 month and they even put brand new custom molding on the exterior which Ecoline did not do with either door. The first door - they put the old moldings back in but the patio door had no molding and it seems they are not planning on putting moldings up, according to the installer. I am not complaining about the quality of the doors - its the service. I contacted our sales person and the scheduler on December 11th **** and have had no reply. Very disappointing to be ignored! Service gets a 1 star. Quality of the doors 4 star.Thank you ************

  Despite the constraints of supply chain issues, Ecoline managed to get the window installed near the stated time.
