      I placed an order 11.9.24. Before a finished my purchase I had 2 calls from an operator asking me to finish my order. First red flag. After I placed my order I have another call asking to put my order in. I explained I already ordered and he seemed frustrated with me. I then received ANOTHER call saying they were out of the specific flower I had ordered and they only have roses in the entire warehouse. I didnt not want the roses and asked them to cancel the order, he said okay and hung up. I then received a confirmation for my all white flower arrangement again I didnt want this so called to have the ordered canceled for a second time. I was then told I could have store credit. I did not want this either. In order to refund my money I needed a Canadian billing address. I dont have one hence the ordering of flowers to ******. They then took my credit card number saying they would refund on 11.11.24. It is now 11.12.24 there has been no refund and when I called to inquire about this I have been hung up on twice now. I have ordered from here quite a few times without issue but this entire interaction is very strange.

      Very beautiful flowers. The company worked fast and efficiently. Prices were fair. They have very many different selections for you to choose from. I would highly recommend them to someone looking for any floral arrangements..

      Absolutely horrible experience. Paid $20 for same day delivery 5 days ago now. Order still not delivered. I had to call and ask what was going on. Lady on the phone was awful. Horrible service.Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. She promises it will be delivered tomorrow. I highly highly doubt it.

      I ordered Assorted Calla Lilies in ***** Jar (supersize) from Bloomex for a total cost of $74.52 for a friends birthday, specifically lillies because of my friends allergies. My friend sent the picture of the flowers confused and it did not resemble what I ordered. I called them to complain and for them to refund my money and I got this email below from Bloomex. Stay away from Bloomex We appreciate your business with us. In accordance with our policy, we will not be able to issue a refund for an order that was confirmed, prepared, and sent out for delivery. Regrettably, our florist faced a temporary shortage of the requested flowers while preparing your arrangement. Despite our efforts to engage partnered florists, their higher prices and unavailability of our special offerings led us to substitute the flowers to ensure a timely delivery. To address this issue, we'd like to provide you with an in-store credit equivalent to the product price $51.99 for future purchases. Let us if we should proceed. Please note that your business matters to us and were excited to improve your future ordering experience. Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience. Best regards, Bloomex

      Today I received a bouquet of dead flowers from Bloomex *******What an absolute disgrace! My friend paid $60.00 for a bouquet I could purchase at a grocery store for $15.00, and at least they would have been alive. Please everyone do your due diligence and look at all reviews before buying flowers from Bloomex.This company is a ****

      This company should be shut down. I ordered flowers for my dad's funeral service and they said they couldn't deliver unless I pay another ****** in topnof the price I already paid. Then they couldn't deliver to a funeral home overnight 30 minutes away. And if they did deliver to a house it wouldn't be what I ordered. They are a **** I couldn't afford flowers for my dad's service bc i didnt get my refund
