      I highly recommend them the service was delivered right on time. And the flowers are beautiful.

      I went online to order flowers and got to the delivery address information- I realized I had put in the incorrect date and attempted to go back and correct it. The website would not let me go back. I tried a different browser, reloading the page but it would not allow me to do anything but enter a delivery address and confirm the order. Frustrated, I went to another site to order flowers from a much more user friendly system. Later that day I received a call from Bloomex telling me I did not complete my order. I let them know I had used another site and the issues I encountered. Then days later, I received another call telling me I have been charged and cannot get a refund, I told them the issues I had and asked to speak with a manager, the representative told me someone would email me. They emailed me stating the wont do a refund. I NEVER confirmed the order OR e entered an address. How can they charged me for an item I never confirmed or put in a delivery address for? Beyond frustrated and will never use them again,
