      I purchased a traffic ****** Redline radar for $ ******* including a 4 year warranty plan on this for repair, replacement and refund if not working. I got repaired twice but not working as It suppose to be intended. I given back to store after 4 months It couldn't be repaired or replaced. I am getting business loss since it is defective. It seems to me vision doing cheating with me and they don't like repair or replace. When I tried to talk to Manager ****** 32 Ave NE Calgary I never find him in store. I am seeking help from BBB Calgary and small claim court to get involve and solve my problem. I don't recommend to buy any product from vision store because I had bad experience from Vision store staff. I also contacted to vision head office but they didn't listen me.       Wish I read the reviews before I purchased from them online. I recently ordered the ***** **** ** ******* Edition online. The website listed that a 32gb mini sd card was included. When I received it, it was missing, so I went online and the rep told me, "Oh well it's not listed in the ***** website so it must be a mistake." Problem is, 1. It is in fact listed in the GoPro site, and 2. If your explicitly list it, you should honour it. So they decide to send me one, but they send me a low quality Kingston 32gb, not the ******* ******* 32gb, which does not support 4k recordings and has slow read and write speed, so much so that the ***** throws a warning.What's been frustrating is that I send all these screenshots to the rep, and the rep sends me one screenshot of the ***** and says, "it's not included", when it is, clearly in the photo, and again mentioned in the pop up modal when you check out on the ***** official website. DON'T EVER BUY FROM VISIONS. You end up paying more, and end up having to do their job because they don't do their due diligence.

      Terrible company to deal with and horrible customer service. Bought a small kitchen appliance online,we didnt even get right product in the box. Ordered a 8 quart and sent 6 quart. Box was totally tampered with. Tried to send product back but they took forever to get slip emailed for puralator to return it. They finally get product back and Im wanting my 8 quart pot and because they sent me 6 quart instant pot , they go on to say we dont sell that product. Im wanting my money back with no avail, after talking to manger. Repeating their 100 percent $ back guarantee what a Joke -Wish I would have looked on BBB before we ever thought about Visions for purchase. They scam people.Always use your credit card and you reverse charge with your bank,if damaged or you dont get your product. Visions should not even be in business anymore. Would have given them a Zero if I could!!!!!

      False advertising on laptops including zero customer service. We purchased a laptop saying that it had Windows 10Pro, but had only Windows 10Home. Customer service told us to ****** the activation code and find our own free online code. They will not exchange or refund our monies as product is not what we purchased/advertised. Their excuse not to refund you is because you used your credit card. When you call the ***** #, after 20 mins waiting, no one answers and they hang up.

      Terrible customer service. S***** attitude from staff when dealing with a return or warranty issue. I do not recommend shopping at visions. ******* has a better reputation than the ******** visions.

      Visions Electronics Extended Warranty. Mid Nov 2022 Visions Electronics sold me $149.99 Extended warranty. Visions' manger told me that if you don’t use the warranty, we will refund you $149.99 store credit. The warranty comes free at the end. Early Dec 2022 I returned the product, Visions told me that now the price has been dropped and your warranty is $99.99. Visions simply charged me $50 on warranty as restocking fee. (The receipt does exist as a proof-names deleted) Visions Extended warranty is not free. Credit card’s extended warranty or buying real warranty from the market are better options.

      One stop shopping as they were quick to point out they were the only store to gave back the $350 extended warrantee on a GL 55" tv if it was not used during the 5 year term----- however they didn't mention that it is an in store credit that has to have another $350 added to it for a total of $700 if you want to use it....... total deceptive marketing..... don't fall for it. They have lost me as a customer !!!! Should be able to give a no star rating!!

      NEVER SHOP at Visions. We asked them to price match a Garmin watch, which they did offer and gave directions and a personal; code for us to purchase the the watch. After placing the order and waiting 5 days they decide to cancel the order due to stock. They never offered an alternative or solution. Now that a week has gone by all the watches that were on offer from other retailers are now full price.I find this unacceptable and after some discussion only offer $100 off a different watch, which is still $400 more than the deal they said they could fulfill. Terrible customer service and will never buy from them again.Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This review is specifically about Visions' extended service plan. I would give it zero stars if I could. It seems to be a complete waste of money. We purchased a Hisense 55" TV in March 2021. Around the end of November we started to experience issues with the TV - we couldn't connect to anything via HDMI cable, we got on-screen messages the TV had run out of memory, and we had to sign in again. Then it began to randomly turn off. We tried all the troubleshooting tips available on the Internet. We called Visions Edmonton South to request the TV be serviced or replaced, as per the extended service plan. The manager finally sent out a technician from Japan Video on December 2. The technician said the motherboard was broken and would have to be replaced or the TV replaced. We had many phone conversations with the manager at Visions Edmonton South and Japan Video, trying to determine what the resolution was going to be. Finally, Japan Video said they had authorization to fix the TV. However, as of December 30/22 they are still waiting for the parts and we still don't have a TV that works. Given the price of TVs now, I realize I should have passed on the extended service plan and saved my money to buy another TV. Because the resolution of this issue has taken so long (and it's still not resolved) and because Visions' extended service plan is obviously not worth the hundreds of dollars you pay, I will not be shopping at Visions in the future. Buyer beward!

      Had **** in to hook up and set up. Did fabulous job. Had us using control before left. Extremely happy. Couldnt ask for a better person to set up. Would not hesitate to deal with them again.. **** is amazing and ************************** and ******************** creek
