      Worst after sales service of remote starter that I bought.I purchased 2 remote starters for my Corolla and Outlander and they installed it early October.Even when I told them I prefer 1 way remote starter they still install 2way starter on my Corolla.According to them it is better remote,so I just let it be as not to become too fuzzy about it.After less than 3 months, my wife and I noticed that the Outlander would start on its own around 3-4 times even when the key were hanging on the wall.I went to St. ***** ******** where I bought it and told them about the issue.I was told by staff at front desk that apparently it was set to a certain temp.to start so not to damage the engine and it can be turned off by their installer.So I phoned audio ***** and was asked what its all about and I was made to wait at least 20 minutes then they hanged up the phone.So I decided to come down to the store again and they said at audio ***** that the ********* who told me what's going on w/t the remote doesnt work at audio so its not valid what he is saying.So I ask shorter guy to call him and said that in front of him and me and took him back door and when they came out 1st guy tried to rephrase his wording in their favour.Shorter guy said that it only start on its own 3 times but I said it doesnt need to as my car is always plug and who knows how many times it start that I dont know.After waiting almost an hour while going in n out of technician working station,shorter guy said that he convinced technician to reprogram my remote with out even touching my car or having the other remote.I ask both guys at audio who hanged the phone on me and both denied though it sounds like the taller person.I told the shorter guy that my responsibility is to pay them for the remote /installation and their responsibility is to sell and install it properly.Im very disappointed the way this has been handled by staff.All I need was to reschedule and have my car remote checked yet none but ***

      I purchased a 50" JVC TV from Visions on March 5 2021 and now my tv video card stopped working Saturday the 22 of October 2022.When we purchased the tv we were given a 2 year rewards warranty.Then visions flooded our email account with junk mail so got rid of the junk mail inadvertantly cancelling our warranty.Who in their right mind would do that cancelling a warranty.That piece of information was not provided to us at the time of purchase - only provided to us when we had our tv problem. This is nothing but a SCAM. I wouldn't even put a one star. They should be ashamed of their customer service.

      Would give them 0 there warrenty is a major issue and their warrenty rebate is a joke.have expiration dates on them that they don't disclose. You change your number or something they do there best to not honor it. Last time I ever buy anything there again. Would pay more money to get something to never give them my business again.

      First things first I went to pg vision for a car appointment for my stereo installation and the guy that handled me was so unprofessional was treating me like scum and I asked 5 days before if they could put a Amp and sub in they said yes and when I asked he got really rude and said nope nope there is no time should have booked that and I did then they said come back in a hour and it took 5 hours for them to put a deck and 4 speakers in while I was there I almost got jumped and robbed right outside there store and the guy when I went there cause they didn't even call me I went in after I was tired of waiting I went in to see the guy having food at 330 in the afternoon and said o I was going to call you after I had eaten and I said, for real ok hey said all get your keys and then starts helping someone making me wait even longer by that time I was pissed but didn't say anything about how long I had been waiting grab my car and I didn't notice tell this morning that the deck wasn't installed properly the face plate came off and my dash was all busted cracked in two place the tab is busted so my front dash doesn't go on I also told the guy I was from out of town like 6 hours away and he didn't give a shit let me wait all day and would have maid me wait even longer if I didn't go in and see if it was ready I left at 430 and didn't get back tell 2am and I have my brothers funeral today so that maid all this that much worse. I recommend not to take your vehicle in to vision it has gone down hill and they have the worst customer service and the guy doing the install broke my dash and didn't even tell me I'm so passed and would not recommend bringing any vehicles there for a audio install the only person that was nice to me was the TV guy so for the future have some respect for the people that are from out of town that bring money to your store and for the People in town hope they make things right and fix everything they broke and make up for my terrible experience.

      A friend bought us a TV online as a gift, we are trying to contact Vision to switch to a smaller size. It is impossible to get thru to Vision's customer service on the phone, we tried at least 10 times within the two days and after being put on hold, they just cut you off. It seems the phone system to customer service was a hoax and there was no actual customer service there. Our emails to them were not replied either. I don't think that they even deserve one star for their non-existing customer service.

      With Visions, I had the worst shopping experience of my life. I am very very disappointed. I thought I got a good deal, but all I got was a packet of $500 garbage. It's too easy to hide behind a 24-hour policy for a claim.I ordered a ** online and received it on a Monday. I saw there was a hole in the box, so I inspected the contents and everything seemed fine. The ** had no marks and the screen seemed to me to be in perfect condition. Health issues prevented me from plugging in the device. So I plugged it in on Friday and the picture was weird and I thought it was just a technical problem since the off screen looked fine to me. So I tried to correct the situation, without success. On Sunday, someone came to help me, they plugged the device in and he showed me that the screen was broken (you could see the cracks on the screen, which was invisible when it was turned off).Visions takes refuge behind its policy of declaration of breakage within 24 hours. I did not report the problem earlier because the television seemed to me to be in good condition and even plugged in I could not recognize the breakage.Too bad it's impossible to give a rating of 0.

      I bought tv and I thought I have 2 years warranty on it according to my recipe I called one month before my warranty has been expired I waited for 2 months then they told me my TV doesn't have warranty on it because either I didn't subscribe to their newsletter or because I unsubscribe to newsletter so for this reason they can't honor the warranty I was chocked no one told me I need to subscribe to it even my invoice don't say anything nether the email they send my recipe I don't know how to trust this kind of companies they **** people and tell them they have warranty on their products 2 years then they don't honor it when you have problems **** ** **** **** ** *** *** **** **** **** **** *** ******* * **** ******* *** **** ** ** *** **** ***** **** **** ******* ******* **** ******* ***********

      I purchased a Samsung QLED TV from Visions and purchased the extended warranty. The TV started flashing on and off and having the screen go black while the sound was still playing. I contacted Visions tech team, which took almost two weeks to get someone to look at it. Shortly after they came out, the TV stopped working completely. They told me it would take 1-3 weeks "to get an answer on what will be done". Now that that time has passed, I called head office and they say it can take 6-8 weeks "to get an answer on if the TV will be repaired or replaced". Then if its repaired, that's more of a wait. DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY, go to ******. Everyone I know who purchased from ****** had their issues resolved immediately. Visions also does not provide any compensation to make up for sitting without a TV for months....
