      Seems like there is a trend here. Fix your processes Visions! ** **** ****** * ****.... I purchased a monitor from their website because you cannot select in store the way you can with ** ** ******** After purchasing same day tried to cancel it because I read bad things about the quality and that it would also take 4-6 weeks to receive. I sent a cancellation in to the team but the next day after they got the cancellation my item shipped. Then I received a response back on my cancellation order that because it said in very small letters after you click on the learn more link that I cannot cancel the order once shipped. Terribly shady folks. I spend a ton of money in your store but because of this practice / customer service you have lost a customer for life. Takes very little to keep a happy customer. Takes even less to lose them. Good Luck keeping your clientele.

      I am sorry you were not able to get in touch with our Customer Service Team before this was processed for shipping. During the busy season we try to have orders processed and shipped as soon as possible. Ordinarily Special Order Items are Final Sale, but under these circumstances you are welcome to bring the unit back with your Invoice to your local store for a full refund on your purchasing card.

      Im with the people who want to leave no or negative stars. Ordered speakers online over a month ago, where it states 3-5 business days for delivery. Two different tracking numbers, one for purolator that just states packing label created, and Canada post one just states delayed, in transit (though after contacting 5hem they cant find). I have submitted 3 different tickets to visions with no response. Finally found a help desk number, where recording just states 11 min wait (saw that on another review) then after waiting forever it states no one available and disconnects. Local store says they cant do anything but gave me head office number. Head office told me to submit a ticket or call help desk number. I just want my money back at this point but not sure how to do that since I cant get a hold of anyone. Had purchased a bunch more items in store to go with what I ordered online, took it all back today, I will shop elsewhere from now on and I suggest everyone else do so as well.

      Hello,Sorry that you had difficulties getting in touch with our Customer Support Team.Ordinarily that should have shipped within the regular 3-5 business days but from what I can see is that the initial Postal Code seemed to be entered incorrectly at the time of purchase and then *********** lost the package. We have refunded you for the lost items and thank you for your business.

      Computer is great when it works, however, the first computer I ordered (********** *** *** *******) had a cracked panel and would power off during game. Visions told me I didn't need the cracked panel so I threw it out, just to be told that I needed it and was charged for the panel. I received the second computer after paying for the cracked panel replacement, to receive another computer that had a cracked panel. I am now in the process of returning the cracked panel to *********** PC to receive the new one. This all happened at the *** ***** ********, never have had issues with the Pembina location before after buying thousands of dollars worth of electronics. TL:DR - If you're buying a computer from them, have them open the computer and show you the quality before you bring it home, never throw out anything from the box and always keep the boxes

      Thank you for your review, I am sorry that there was some miscommunication between you and our Visions Team. It is always a good idea to save any and all original packaging from electronics purchases as often if there is any sort of manufacturing issue, defect, or damage we may need to ship it back to the manufacturer.

      Totally agree -- it was the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had a very similar experience ** ********. I ordered an Instant Pot online and when I opened the box the plastic frame was cracked. Visions refused to do anything as I did not open the box to check within 24 hours. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VISIONS!!!

      Sorry for the condition of your item at the time of delivery, however it is our policy that any possible Shipping Damage be reported within 24 hours as if we submit a claim with the Courier after that period they will deny the claim without further review.

      As what others have already pointed out, this is electronic company that operates under the 90s business model, where they take your purchase order without committing fully to their responsibilities. Bought a car stereo head unit on 12/22 and it's 1/4, no shipment information except it says they printed the label, and no access to a person addressing the issue. I just hope I can get my hard earned money back at this point. Why the government would allow such a business to continue operating

      Sorry to hear that there was some delay on the shipping of your order, it looks as though it was to ship from one of our stores that was showing stock available initially.We had to source this from our main warehouse in Calgary to ship to you , the delivery was attempted on ***** and it is now showing as received.If you no longer wish to keep this item you can bring it back to your local Visions location or contact our Online Customer Service to look into options for return shipping.

      My online order was stuck in "shipping label created" for about a week, the courier advised Visions never scheduled it for pickup at their end. Sent a ticket, no reply. Sent a follow up ticket, no reply. Tried to call the help line, spent hours on hold in multiple days before I got through. I requested for the online order to be canceled and will just go to the store and buy it there, which I was able to do with the only issue being I have to pick it up at the warehouse as they don't have it in stock. After all that, I suddenly got a notification that my online order has already shipped and my tickets also were replied to as well. Told them why even bother shipping it and responding to my ticket a when it has already been resolved. They said they could not do anything about it. So I had to go back to the store to return the item that was shipped in order to get a refund. The efforts of Marie (customer service), Zaheer (Crowfoot store) and Ian (warehouse), are probably the only reason why I would shop at Visions there again, kudos to their service mentality. I am definitely not shopping online as whoever is running it doesn't know what they are doing. Just stick to shopping at the store.

      I am sorry that there was some confusion on your order and it's shipping.With the large amount of orders being processed this time of year there can be some delays in shipping and even the updates from the couriers end as they will often not see the order in their system until they scan individual orders from a pallet once taken apart at one of their sorting facilities.I am glad to hear that your situation was eventually resolved and that our team was able to help with that.

      If I could leave no stars, I would. November 30, I bought a tv through my computer. I went to pick it up and install it but soon realized that I needed a stand to mount it on. I bought a stand and put the tv up; this was December 3rd. I plugged in the tv (for the first time) and it went POOF, and died! I took the tv down and took it back. Now the fun begins. They will not give me a refund or an exchange….. because I don’t have the “original packing material”! I tell you, who keeps the box from a 55” tv in a 1 bedroom house?!? No where on by invoice does it state that this cancelled my warranty! AND they did NOT check over the tv in the first place (when I picked it up)! Two mistakes; mistakes on whose behalf? Had I looked up Visions, I may have seen the clause stating I needed to keep my packing, and that they SHOULD have tested it out before I left the store! But I don’t believe I should have to do that! I have tried to talk some common sense into them. But they won’t listen!! So I am stuck with a broken tv and a VERY bad taste in my mouth for Visions. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE. Never.

      I understand that it may be inconvenient to keep the large packaging of the *** but unfortunately when a TV fails so soon after a purchase we would have to ship it back to the manufacturer and without the original packaging it is next to impossible to ensure that it is transported safely.After the first 30 days the manufacturer would cover any defects with the unit, but they would require the original packaging as well for the same reason.

      Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Ordered TV online and when I opened the box the screen was cracked. Visions refused to replace as I did not open the box within 24 hours. I explained I lived alone and the box and TV were heavy. I had to wait until a friend could assist which was 48 hours later. Nope. They told me they cannot assist. Who does business like this?? So here I sit with a broken TV when they have pocketed my money. Shameful. They simply do not care or stand behind their products . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VISIONS

      I am sorry to hear of the state of the ** when you opened your package.Unfortunately, if we do not contact the courier within 24 hours of the delivery they will deny our claims of a damaged delivery as well.This is why when placing an order for a ** through our website there is a Large Bold Warning to ensure that you check the state of the order within the initial 24 hours of receiving it.

      I have had lots of dealing with Visions Crowfoot in the past. ****** has always been stand up guy, man of his word. This last time Raj ******************* was who I was sent too for my new auto stereo upgrade. What a mistake for me for sure...the BIG up sale, promises not kept then I would need to spend more money to get the sound I was promised. Not good! This trip I spent almost $2000.00, had to make a second appointment to get the app tuned and still told to come back or wait 2-3 hours. Would not recommend this store for car audio!
