  Today I made a mistake and placed a duplicate order. When I contacted customer services, they were completely understanding and immediately reversed one of my orders with a full refund. Thats what I call great service!

  A very responsive and responsible company and staff based on at least my one experience on 22 Feb 2023. I bought a test last minute but could not find the needed time slot. Immediately through the chatbox their enthusiastic staff ****************** helped me to re-look and confirm, but eventually have to provide the refund yet with much care and prompt professionalism. Despite the short encounter, I really can feel their zest and care for their customer. This is definitely a company that should be seriously considered whenever the need arises. Keep up the good work, *******, your company should be proud to have lovely staff like you!!

  Very Helpful product and super helpful customer service. ******** was a jewel. She directed me to their scheduling calendar for the travel test. Unfortunately, they do not do testing on Sundays and Mondays which is when I would need the test for my upcoming travel. But even now she is trying to work something out for me. Seems like a top notch company.

  The shipping speed is always amazing. My most recent order I noticed that there was an error in where the order was being shipped, and customer service responded immediately to my email. They were quick to find out what went wrong, and I was contacted quickly with an explanation and assurances that my order would ship ASAP. That was Monday, and I received the order on Wednesday of the same week, and I'm in *******. The communication was excellent, with several follow-*** with details of the shipping and when it would arrive. Overall I would say this organization has excellent customer service.
