    They sent me two ge filters that were counterfit. didn't work in my fridge. they said they would send me a prepaid label to return them. never heard from them again.

    As a previous reviewer I would like to leave NO stars but can't post without one. The website looks legitimate but I think this is a scam. I ordered 3 GE water filters and received an email stating they were delivered with a **** tracking number. I tracked the number and it showed that a package was delivered bur with no street address. I just came from the post office and was told that the package was delivered to my zip code but not my address and that it was not likely mine based on the weight of the package. He gave me the address of the shipper which is a women's clothing store in ******** not Filter Square in *******. That store has bad BBB customer reviews also. I emailed the ********************** company several times and received a polite reply that they were checking into it each time but no response. It has been more than a month and a half. If you call their phone number you are told the number is not available. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    Not even one star. I ordered 3 ge filters for my refrigerator and was sent one filter for a ************* Lol. The people can't even read an order. Then i was promised a return slip to send the thing back but of course that hasn't happened. I've contacted this unprofessional group 3 times since and zero response. Going to the bank to cancel the transaction today and they can come pick up the trash they sent me if they want it back.

    I ordered filters, which I never received. I called at least 4 times and left multiple emails which state they will contact you within 24 hours. Never received a response by email or phone front this company. Im wondering if it is even a legitimate company and not a scam.
