  I purchased a refurbished chair, the Lamia. I found that it was not a good fit for me and so I decided after about 3 weeks of using the chair that I would send it back. I feel bad when I have to send back items, but BTOD personnel were kind and understanding, and certainly empathetic, and I followed their return instructions. Obviously to make me feel better, the lady with whom I corresponded told me that they had a 30-day return policy for just such situations which assuaged my feelings of guilt for returning what to me was a very expensive product which undoubtedly cost much for them to ship out to me and back from me. I did save the packaging because not only do I think it an obvious thing to do, but doing so was suggested either on or in the packaging. Not too long after FedEx came to pick up the chair, I received a notification from FedEx that the item was delivered. Within a couple of days, I received a nice email letting me know that the chair had been received and that they were processing my full refund. I wish they sold Herman-Miller chairs (which is what I eventually purchased), as I would purchase from BTOD again without reservation. I do not normally go to the BBB and leave reviews, but I happened to see a very ugly review and felt it my responsibility to tell of my positive experiences with BTOD. P.S. I will say, however, that my wife got tired of me telling her all about all of the BTOD online videos I watched...and I watched a lot of them. (Thank you for all of those videos.)

  I purchased a refurbished SteelCase Leap from BTOD, and it has been one of the best purchases I've made. The original chair that I purchased had a problem, and they sent me a replacement with no hassle. Beyond the original purchase, BTOD has continued to offer great support for the chair. After a couple of years, one of the arm pads started to wear down. I reached out to customer support and was connected to *****. I asked ***** if she could point me to replacement arm pads on their site. After a quick chat ***** is sending me two replacement arm pads for the chair - the chair has a 12 year warranty! I would highly recommend BTOD as a business - they have been fantastic to deal with at every opportunity.

  We bought vertdesks through btod.com a few years ago. The switch controlling up and down in one got broken during our moving process. I emailed customer service with a picture of the damaged switch; April ***** requested for a rush and sent us a replacement. GREAT company with EXCELLENT customer service, thank you, April, for your help!

  I recently purchased an Amia refurbished chair from BTOD and am super impressed with the company. I purchased the chair for my home office, and when it arrived, there was a small mark on the back. Not usually a big deal, but in my particular case, the back of the chair is in plain sight of the front door. I reached out to customer service, and they were accommodating. Purchase of the chair has proved to be a worry-free process, and the customer service is OUTSTANDING.

  We have two stand up desks we bought to furnish our home offices. The desks have performed to expectation. One started not functioning for raising and lowering. We performed the self diagnosis available on the BTOD web site. Once we performed all the diagnosis available we called and BTOD shipped us a part right away that resulted in the fix. Great service and the desks are a great value.

  We ordered a standing desk from BTOD a couple years ago and the height controller died on us. It was proving difficult to source a new one that matched our desk. In a hail mary attempt, we contacted BTOD customer support, and they worked diligently to get us a replacement part keeping us updated all along the way. We are super appreciative of the extra effort they put into something they could have easily ignored.

  I ordered a VertDesk v3 L Shape Electric Sit Stand Desk w/ Voice Control for quite a premium price. There were some delays with the initial shipment, but BTOD customer service communicated at each phase why the delay was happening and what the expected timeline was for delivery. Ultimately, the shipment arrived in seven parcels, each badly damaged by FedEx during transit. Thanks to BTOD's careful packing, only the largest and heaviest table top was damaged. I immediately took pictures and reached out to BTOD to file a claim for replacement. April was assigned to handle my case, which was approved just one hour and sixteen minutes after I sent pictures of the damage. April followed up with emails detailing the status of the replacement every few days. When the replacement finally arrived, there was additional reinforcement added to protect the table top during transit. I have never before received this level of customer service from any company across any industry. Each time I called the BTOD support line, I spoke with a real person who addressed my needs immediately and with friendly disposition. I could not be more pleased. BTOD has earned a lifelong customer.

  The Leap V.2 by Steelcase purchased from Btod is one of the finest office chairs around. Their customer service responds very quickly to resolve any issue. Their guarantees and warranties must be golden, as they resolved my issue at their expense, and shipped parts the next day. Extremely satisfied.

  I just had an excellent customer service experience. I received a chair late last week and put it together with their very clear instructions...it was easy. The height adjustment started to malfunction a few minutes after set up and I reached out to customer support by email. They responded promptly with very clear instructions on what to do to fix the issue, even going as far as including a picture of where the adjustment needed to be made. Lo and behold, it worked like a charm. BTOD customer service, FTW!

  Aside from the initial purchase I made (which was very reasonably priced), I also reached out a few times to customer service with questions or requests for updates. They were really friendly and VERY quick to respond. All around great experience.
