    WOW! I am a first time user. I ordered two MS-1100-10B Black Mic Stands Round Base Standard. The order was delivered in great packaging. The order came promptly. I was so impressed that I ordered another Mic Stand, same product so now I have total 4 matching round black base mics and I love them....The first order managed online. The second order I spoke to a representative over the phone, who was a GEM!!!! Happy!

    Always great assistance from Erik. On this order, the item was ready to go and we received in CA in less than a week. Of course there’s local tax on internet purchases, but the free shipping was great. Like everyone in the AVL world we have experienced lengthy back orders and shipping delays. This has always been a manufacturer issue and the supply chain issues. Full Compass has always responded with the most up to date information they have and we have decided to be patient in the challenging climate. Most of the time, like this time, shipping was efficient. Full Compass will continue to be one of our primary product vendors.

    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced! I ordered 4 washers for speakers almost a month ago and they ship out 2 and tell me the other 2 are on backorder. Someone decided to pack the 2 tiny washers in a box so big it won't fit in our mailbox and so I have to drive and spend even more money to pick up half my order after paying for shipping!! I've called 3 times for a manager and have been hung up on twice by a worker named Todd and then told the manager is at lunch and they refuse to cancel my order even though I still have not received it! This is illegal!!!!
