    I ordered a stage spot light on Sept 13th. It has now been 24 days since and I have not received it. The tel. operator from Full Compass said it had not been shipped out yet. He will check on it. They appear to have no tracking system. I'm still waiting...

    Paid $60 to overnight a $7 part that was needed before the weekend. Even received "shipping confirmation" when it in fact did not ship. Then I was refused a refund on the shipping since I was no longer going to get the part by the time I needed it. I tried to opt for regular ground shipping and was completely refused the option and customer service seemed completely unwilling to help. I was also told that someone would contact me - they never did. I was in contact with someone via email and they were suddenly "out of the office" when I asked for a refund for the shipping. Their National Sales Account Manager also gave me completely bogus answer. Will stick with Sweetwater in the future.
