  If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered July 2021 and I'm currently at 15 months with no windows. I have called every month and each time ask for a call back from a manager that may have more information. Zero calls back. At this point I just want to know if windows are even coming or if I'm simply being lied to every time I call.

  We ordered windows September 13, 2021. The company keeps delaying the installation. We called several times to cancel our order and to ask for our deposit returned. We were told a manager will call us back but we never received a callback.

  Tom S Ordered windows and back door in February 2022. They have again delayed my installation until December. They never contacted me the customer about any delays. I have had to call each time to check on delivery. Windows Select has an answering service to take all of their calls.

  Placed an order in August 2021 for windows and still waiting. Now with everything going on with this flipping company I want to go somewhere else. Thank goodness they received no $ from me. From everything going on with them and lawsuits they will not survive. They certainly don't deserve a star at all.

  I would give them no star's if anything as it's been over 14 months since I ordered my windows and have only got empty promises and excuses from them as to when my order will be delivered. Do use this company and save yourself some grei.f

  I place my window order on March 29 and was told the expected install would be 24 weeks out (Sept 13)... That is not the problem... I had called and emailed a few times over the course of the waiting period, just to get a status update, and received radio silence. When I called yesterday, the representative couldn't locate my account in the system... I was so upset I was about to cancel the order... then I got transferred to another representative that was able to locate my account. Now I am told my install date is Nov 29. (I'm not thrilled). I inquire about canceling the order. I was told that if I cancel now, I have to pay 15% of the order total, or pay in full, get the windows, but they would not install. Why would I pay more for product I would not receive??? And this cancellation policy is not written anywhere in the contract. Needless to say, the issue is being "escalated" to management, and awaiting a response.

  We ordered windows & doors from Window Select in March 2022. We have yet to receive any windows or doors. No refund received either. Planning to file a small claims case in hopes of getting our money back.

  I ordered 5 windows in September 2021 and was told installation would be in February 2022. I didn't receive a call the entire month of February. I was the one who finally placed a call the second week of March. I was told in the call that I may not get Windows now until July 2022. I asked if I could speak with a manager, and was told they might call me back in 3 to 5 business days. No way to run a business when I have to be the one to call and ask when windows will be installed. Also, customer service wasn't very friendly. Update 08-01-2022: Almost a full year since talking to a customer rep. in my home and still NO WINDOWS. Now I wont have window installation until February 2023 , what I was told today over the phone. The hardest part is my window's are so bad that me and my two children have snow and rain coming into the house along with bugs. I actually, really needed these windows.

  This company isn't any good. The company that provided my finance for the large installation canceled the contract with Windows Select and hopefully they got their money back as, they did return what payments, I had made ahead in hopes this windows would have been installed in March as promised by windows select. In view of reading other people problems with this company (Window Select) I'd like my deposit back. My contract was signed in November, 2021 and never heard from them again even when calling and being told someone would get back to me. they never did. I would not recommend this business to anyone and, if asked to give them a rating it would have to be a zero. So sneaky that, Windows Select tried to collect all 18,000 dollars even before any work took place, this is what gave it away as to how dishonest Windows Select really is.
