    Company kept pushing my install date back. I was tired of making payments on a product I didnt receive. I canceled my order and the bank refunded me within 4weeks. Its been over 3 months and I still havent received my down payment refund from the company.

    Ordered 6 windows & paid in full August of 2021! Have still not received windows. President/Owner Justin Kiswardy reached out around May 2022 & Said to go thru him personally & apologized, offered a refund of some to be hand delivered following day if I worked with him & of course no refund, & no response thereafter! Typical salesman,LIAR! Continued to email,call customer service,kept getting delayed dates of windows coming in, then Finally was told end of November windows were to be delivered December 14,2022..tried calling immediately & now a voicemail, read business out of building, contacted email directed to regularly & NOTHING! YESTERDAY finally received a call from another company regarding there chapter 11 bankruptcy & how there trying to fulfill a few orders on a 1st come basis but if u request option of refund they honestly said was no $ to give anyone a refund..I have little ones, live in wisconsin & house is cold as f***..Not holding my breath regarding any resolution 2 this besides out a chunk of $ I had saved 4 quite sometime..Disgusting how a business can't manage to run reputable nor care about honest people working hard with children to give hard earned $ away basically with nothing in return! ****** ******** better HOPE I don't run into him anytime soon! I hope he finds himself in a jail cell & his family has to go without & see how that is!

    We purchased a patio door on 3/18/2020 and it was installed on 8/11/20. After about 3 months we noticed some breakdown between the glass panes as we couldn't seem to get the glass clean. We called and they sent a guy to look at it and he said he couldn't see anything. He basically blew us off. The problem with the glass became more obvious as time went on. We called several times in April of 2022 and on 4/25/22 I was able to talk to Stephanie who said she would send out an inspector on 4/28/22. He came on 4/28/22 and determined that both glass panels had defects and per the warranty would be replaced, I had left messages to get any update without a reply. On 6/30/22 I was able to talk to Stephanie, who said the panels were under warranty, on order and it would take a couple of months. On 8/08/22 I talked to the receptionist to have Stephanie call me about an update. On 9/27/22 Stephanie said they were awaiting a date from the manufacturer. Our order would take priority over new orders, Again I talked to Stepanie in November, she said the manufacturer was behind, so our order may not be in until January. On 1/16/2023 I called and had to leave a message. When I saw on the news that they were filing for Chapter 11, I feel we will never get the replacement panels. Their lifetime warranty was nothing more than useless piece of paper and a sales gimmick. I just want the faulty panels replaced, but I'm very doubtful that will happen. This isn't a reliable company with very poor customer service response.

    I would rate them a negative if I could as well. I paid $2,600 down payment on a front door and they took my money and ran. They never installed the door, never returned calls and now they won't even accept calls. This is a scam operation. I don't think they were ever in the business of windows and doors. I'll be filing a police report.

    If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Has been an absolute horrible experience!!!! Will never recommend!!! Purchased in October of 2021 and was told **** weeks but they have been coming early so they thought would be closer to 8. We were very excited about this and chose them because of this reason as we had a 3 month old and 2 year old at the time and their windows needed to be replaced by winter due to the bitter cold. We heard absolutely nothing until my husband called 16 weeks after purchase. We were then told April and they would be in contact. April came and went so we again called. They told use they would be installed hopefully in June and if not would contact us. Again, no contact! We again called and are told anywhere between October and December (***** months after purchase)!!!! I asked To be transferred to a manager and the representative on the phone stated, Ive been instructed to forward no calls! We put over 50% down on purchase and have been making monthly payments for windows we do not have and now may need to go through another Wisconsin winter (with a 1 and 3 yr old) with windows that need to be replaced!!! Now when we try to call it goes straight to a voice message and you are unable to speak to anyone! Also I called Green sky the lending company to get the money we paid them and three times they said they would send us a refund check and have yet to get our money back! I cannot Express in words how frustrated, hurt and put out by these companies I feel.

    I would rate a negative zero if i could. They are terrible place to buy windows. You dont get windows that you ordered. Terribble customer service, dont call you back. I paid $6,000 for a Bay window which i got. It was wood grain shown thru paint, dent in seat, and a scratch in window pane. 2 different guys came out at a different time. One guy painted a Dutch Boy paint and used foam roller. Left spongy looking and paint was soft where you could put your nail thru. 2nd guy painted with a paint brush every which way leaving streaks. Then he painted the window frame which I never wanted touched. I have 3 different white paints on my window. The window looks like c*** I had the owner out here to look at it and he promised me a new bay window by this December which never happened. I am still dealing with this since 2020. Now they are not returning my phone calls. I also ordered other windows and those are not the windows I bought. They are cheap and I feel more colder with these windows than the original ones that were put in the house that was built in ****. I regret putting my trust in with this company. I even read the reviews before I bought them and they were good. I dont think I will be seeing my window. Good luck to the rest of the people that didnt even see theirs. This company should be stripped of their license.

    We ordered a whole house of windows and a front and back door from this company in February 2022. The install date was scheduled for July 2022... Then pushed back to October 2022... Then they said they were coming to install on December 26th, 2022. They NEVER came! We are now sitting with a home with boarded up windows in the middle of winter! We put a down payment of $3875.00. I am now hiring an attorney to get the money back and file for damages. We called over and over to only get an answering service that new nothing and kept saying they were going to have someone from the company return our calls. Then in December the answering service was gone and the only way to communicate with Windows Select is by email. Which I tried to do several times. Don't trust this company at all....

    We ordered a bay window/front door/sliding door in 3-15-22, and paid half down. Windows Select originally stated it would be at least August '22 before our products would be available due to supply chain issues. We understood the date/reason and started calling every month for updates from Sept - Dec when the phone numbers were disconnected. Have contacted WI **** of ************ Trade and ***************** which is trying to help us get in contact with the business. Windows Select did send us an email after they were contacted, but have not responded to our continued replies for weeks. Do not recommend this business.

    We placed an order on August 2, 2021 for installation of 6 windows for our home. We paid half up front and to date, still no windows and now, no communication. There was communication in the beginning, always pushing expected installation date out to future months. September 8, 2022 was last communications from them stating my order is showing end of September/early October 2022. However, I have not received a response to last follow up email I sent on October 6, 2022 as of course, still no windows. As with other reviewers, I have asked for a refund only to receive the same response that the deposit was used towards the order of the windows.

    It's very unprofessional of window select to take orders and not deliver product. This will be my second winter without my windows that they promised I would have in 2 months. They never call back and keep pushing the delivery date up to the next month. Just give me windows or give my money back so I can go elsewhere.
