    My remodel consisted of detailed inside work including dry wall repair, architectural wall detail, painting, carpet replacement, and patio door replacement. The construction team was comprised of experienced artisans and the work was quality. If you are looking for cheap than this may not be your company but if you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price than I highly recommend Black Hawk Construction.

    Absolutely do not count on Rick & his Blackhawk crew to deliver what he contractually promised. I continue to have gutter leaks and gutters & downspouts that were not not engineered to handle the flow of rain water from my roof resulting in water flowing down the side of the my house and subsequently leaving water in my basement in this area. In order to rectify my problem, Rick required an additional payment of $6,750 to install a single additional downspout. Poor installation... poor problem resolution... poor business.

    Biggest mistake I ever made! Was hired to begin project in August and did not get started until mid October. Paid what was asked for half down. Contractor kept asking for more and I give him about three quarters.. Agreement was half down and balance when Job was complete. Contractor asked for more and I said no. Told him to finish the job and he would get his money. He guit that day without completing agreement and pulled his workers! Had to hire different business to complete work. Throughout entire time that his crew was here I had to watch work being done and have much fixed by them or had to fix it myself. I put many hours in to keep project going so I could get exterior of house done before the winter weather came. Terrible unreliable contractor. Watch out!!

    Customer wanted me pay him for watching my employees and credit account that's when things went bad between us. The project was more expensive than anticipated. With the times and labor problems we did the best we can
