"Absolutely do not count on Rick & his Blackhawk crew to deliver what he contractually promised. I continue to have gutter leaks and gutters & downspouts that were not not engineered to handle the flow of rain water from my roof resulting in water flowing down the side of the my house and subsequently leaving water in my basement in this area." ...
