      Worst experience in my life! They spelled names wrong multiple times. Their notary service takes a month and they are completely unresponsive. They did not send me all the documents I needed to get notarized. Now I have to go back with my husband to sign more documents. This business is horrible.

If you provide the name and email address associated with the account, we are happy to look to see what happened with your case and assist you. Please keep in mind, that forms generated in our customer's accounts are based on their answers (including the spelling of names). Also, we do not provide notary services. All forms that need to be notarized, need to be taken, by the customer, to a notary. Again, if you provide the name and email address linked to your account, we will be glad to assist you.
