      We worked with a fantastic advisor/salesperson (Renee Maggio) who was able to show us several options for our new fireplace. Our installers, Aaron and Zach, were fantastic. All installed within 3 hours, answered all questions, and demonstrated proper use of the fireplace.

      We purchased a Lopi Answer Fireplace Insert from JoAnn Gerbing and had her set us up for installation. Her customer service is excellent. She communicated perfectly and anticipated my questions. The installation was seamless, and her thoughtfulness in considering a potential new liner provided the peace of mind I look for in a company. I will definitely use Custom Hearth for all my fireplace needs.

      We had your tech Randy to service our 3 stoves yesterday 2/19/2024 i our home. We have had this done for more than 25 years on a yearly basis. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the young man's performance as he cleaned every place possible. He took out every piece and cleaned everything. This has never done before to this degree. Randy was very professional and tidy. Our stoves look like new and sparkle clean. I would recommend Randy to any family and friends.       We purchased a Travis gas stove from Custom Hearth and recently had it installed. The gas stove is wonderful and the service was excellent. Contractors Aaron and Zach were right on time, installed without issue and answered all our questions. Our neighbor referred Custom Hearth to us and we will highly recommend Custom Hearth to any/all interested parties in the future.

      We just had a linear fireplace installed this week by Zack and Aaron. They did a fantastic job with the install and the clean up post install. Friendly guys and hard workers. Kudos also to Mark Parrott, the install manager. He was very helpful in the planning with many suggestions and the preinstall site approval. The install went smoothly and quickly. Lastly a shout out to Josh, GM for his help in the purchase and Braden who was able to answer technical questions realtime regarding the product and installation. They were also easy to work with and very informative. We are very satisfied with the purchase and installation. Great company.

      From the sale (Brayden) to the installation I could have not asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous since the Old stove was located in the middle of the house and the venting was enclosed within the pantry wall, But Mark who came out for the walk through assured me not a problem. The installers (Aaron and Zack) arrived on the early side of the appointment window which was nice just incase the venting were to give them problems. They came ready to work and got straight to work. What impressed me them most is that these to worked as a team and assess the situation leaving my home clean and picked up. They were able to install the new venting without having to cut into the wall leaving me with only one hole to patch because the old stove had an offset exhaust. When they were done they provided me with a complete familiarization of the operation of the stove and a few tips on what type of Pellets. Well done to the entire staff at Custom Hearth

      I cannot think of anything that Aaron and Zack could have done better. They were friendly, efficient, and patient in answering our questions. And the installation is beautiful. Can't recommend Custom Hearth enough.

      We got our propane fireplace from Custom Hearth almost 15 years ago. We had to have servicing today and we were very pleased with James’ work. He listened carefully as my husband explained the trouble shooting that we had tried. James was able to identify the issue quickly and got to work correcting the problem. The problem was resolved and we have our furnace running again. James also took the time to inform us of other maintenance and safety measures that can help us in the future. We were afraid that we might need to replace the fireplace which would be costly. James said it’s in good shape and should last us many more years. Thank you

      Had service on my fireplace insert today by Randy he was professional and knowledgeable and very efficient answered any questions I had and did a great job on the service
