      Custom Hearth is amazing -- from their sales rep Joann to the owner to measurement specialist Mark to scheduler Christina to the amazingly awesome installers Team 2 Huntz and Aaron -- I purchased the elite 44 stove and had a complicated wall configuration which they navigated and worked out to perfection. I am thankful for the 44 elite wood stove purchase. Custom Hearth truly focuses on the needs of the customer and provides stellar service. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me get into this well reviewed wood stove. your customer service, and estimate for cost were greatly appreciated. ******* *****

      Finally! My new stove! Zack and Scott were fantastic, arrived and got right to work. Before I knew it the old stove was out and they were installing the new one. Quick, efficient and professional. Thanks to Joie and Christina for getting the ball rolling and keeping it going. Can't wait to fire it up!

      Great help selecting a new stove, installing it, and taking care of us from start to finish. They came out to our remote cabin on more than one occasion without any issue and were pleasant all around. I still have to get a stovepipe installed (brother insisted on doing it himself but backed out afterwards), but I know who I'll go through. These fellas. Special shoutout to Zack and Scott who helped install the new stove, take out the old one, and gave me advice on where to go from here. They were timely, professional, and nice guys to boot. Thanks Custom Hearth for a job well done!

      We are delighted with the product, and couldn’t be happier with our sales rep (Joie) and the two installation technicians (Aaron and Huntz). Everything was done quickly and professionally. Aaron and Huntz addressed all our questions and concerns and were friendly and it was a pleasant experience having them do this work. I highly recommend this organization.
