    Terrible service. Unreliable connectivity with frequent issues, and horrible service experience when you need help. The worst is should you decide to cancel - they make you jump through so many hoops (phone calls, fill out online forms, call back for a secret code, wait 5 days for a confirmation that never arrives, etc)all while they continue to charge your account for service. Its a complete scam. If youre dissatisfied with your experience they connect you to the Company President which rings to a voicemail, that in my case was never returned. I strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere.

    I have been with Alarm monitoring services since 2012, and have had no issues whatsoever. They provide an excellent service at a cheaper rate than most companies. They have some rules to follow in their contract and if you do you should have no problems.
