I think this company is a real scam. I have read all the previous reviews and they hit it on the head. I had exactly the same problem with this Xceed Media Group. I was unable to complete their program due to medical problems and now I have a lawsuit from *********** the only bank that would authorize me credit, because I cannot pay them. I think I made 2 payments but the cost of the charge kept increasing. I now owe Chase more than $12,000. I live on Social Security and cannot possibly afford to pay them, so they are suing **** contacted Exceed Media to ask for a refund but was told they would only refund $3000.00. Then they disconnected the phone, and I heard nothing or received nothing more.I definitely would not recommend signing up with this company. Their program is very long and very confusing to someone who has some memory issues.I feel they pressured me into signing their contract and getting a credit card that I couldn't afford all while making it sound like it was worth while. It's not.

My experience with Xceed Media Group is very similar to what the other complainants here have written except I did not submit applications for 2 credit cards myself but they actually submitted the applications in my name! I knew about this when the man said, "Congratulations! You have been approved for an Apple credit card and an **************** credit card." I was given a $6000 limit on both so he charged $5500 on both to pay the cost of $11000. I was so surprised. He then casually stated that he had given my income as $70,000 on the application. I am a retired person with my only income of a little over $2500 per month Social Security. I questioned him about this lie and he said that was just the way they did business to get approval. I had clearly told him my income. He had asked me so many questions so it was clear that he had pulled my credit report and knew I had a very good rating but at the time I was just stunned. He did talk very fast and it was hard to keep up with him but he didn't talk as fast as the man who called me a couple of weeks later giving me a very hard sell on the advertising package. He told me I had $12,000 credit line on one of my other credit cards which I did not know because I did not owe anything on that particular credit card. So altogether they got me for $9,000 for the advertising package and $11,000 for the website. They drug things out so long that it is 4 1/2 months and still the website is not live. Whenever I asked when it would go live I was always told in a week or two but at the very beginning I was told I would have to make the credit card payments myself for a month or two until the website started generating money to pay the bills! Another thing I saw on here is someone said that maybe we did not put the work in. That is absolutely not true in my case. I worked on it 8-12 hours a day. I could write much more because they absolutely did not live up to their end of the contract. I hope I can get my money back too.

I would like to say that Xceed media group has performed far Beyond what I expected it took some time thats because Im a slow learner and has adhd I am very satisfied with the service they have provided me. I also read the complaints and all I got to say is that they probably didnt put the right amount of time and effort into their site they told me that i would have to spend at least 2-3 hours day on my site to make it work and if you experience problems they will work with you. I have to be honest they will suggest that you would have to purchase an advertisement plan but you dont have to purchase it. I did because I felt that it would help me. When you purchase this package ask questions and be sure that you know upfront what you are getting that is the only thing I can advise you to do.

2/16/**** Initial Complaint On October 10, 2023, I saw an ad via ******** where I was prompted to register for $67, my first step in the journey of starting my online business with Xceed Media Group. The following day, I received a call from ...., who asked me about my goals for the business, then proceeded to give me an overview of their business model. He also assisted me in applying for two credit cards, **************** and Freedom Chase cards. The Director, ......., called me the following day and charged me $5,900 for the Silver Ecommerce package. On 10/31/23, I received a call from someone else, who charged me $7,500 for marketing service. The training started at a slow pace, as I had only one appointment each week for 30 mins and some weeks, no appointment at all. Whenever I miss an appointment, I always rescheduled but sometimes due to their very busy schedule, I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks. I started to complain bitterly, but they did nothing. Also, the credit cards bills are coming in like clockwork. The website finally went live February 7, ****, almost 4 months after signing up. So far, only about 5 people have visited the website. I paid for marketing and ads to drive traffic to the site but its NOT happening. Now Im stuck with a business thats not going anywhere. I was charged $13,400 in total and they have not kept their end of the agreement. Three days ago, I emailed the Director with my complaints and requested a refund. Today, I got a call from Xceed Media Group, the person wanted to know what issues I was having and why I want to give up the business. Suffice it to say, we argued back and forth, then he emailed me a document to sign which will release me from the agreement but NO refund. I did NOT sign it. We argued some more, then he sent another email, offering me only $3,000. I still did NOT sign it, then he hung up. BBB, please help me. I NEED JUSTICE.

I am ceasing, on 12/4/23, all further work with Xceed Media Group. I expect a full refund for non-performance I'm semi retired and wanted to create additional income. Because I travel I wanted a remote drop ship business thus I responded to Xceed's Advertising. On 11/9/23 the rep who was supposed to make the initial call to me did not. I contacted them again and spoke on 11/9/23 to ****, a Start-up Supervisor. After his initial Q&A and "selling" I was transferred to ***********************, **************** Dir. where the "hard Sell" began. I was ok with this as long as they preformed on their promises. His overview and detailed conversation about what Xceed provided was delivered in a rapid style and even though i took notes he was hard to slow him down. The "hard sell" continued. I asked specifically how long it would take to get me up and running as it was important for me to recapture the $7,200 investment quickly. His response was 3-4 weeks. He implied that initial Marketing and Advertising for Search Engine Promotion and Optimization along with Social Media marketing with FB, ***************** (X) etc. was part of the $7,200 Investment. On-boarding calls of 30 minutes began. They were rushed and drug the process out. On 11/30/23 a ***********************, Acct Mgr Business Side called. He was to be my go to contact for questions. He indicated that it would be necessary for me to spend a minimum of $2,000 on advertising and marketing in order to get started. It could be done through them or on my own which was completely different from what *********************** had implied. I placed a second call to *********************** as I had concerns. Never heard back. There has been no activity to date regarding the building of my web site, or establishment of wholesalers. Everything continues to be pushed out and I see no end in sight to accomplish being up and running in 3-4 weeks. I now believe this to be a selling scam to drain people of more and more money where I do most of the set-up work.

They tell you $4200 to get everything for your business and they will train you. One week later, oh, $5000 for advertising, well, $4200 in, so if you want your business to be seen, $5000 more. I asked if I would be asked for more money and told no more, then 1 week later, oh, you have marketing, $15000 with what is called the **************** I was not given the information up front. They get you in and want more and more. The training *****, they say they will teach you, but they only teach you about half of what you need to know and half does not work. They login to your computer and watch all of your logins to all of your personal accounts, your bank, your credit cards and your credit ratings. They have you open up credit cards to put all of these expenses on (if your credit is good enough). They tell you, oh, you have so much in your savings and you have good credit and can open this credit card and this credit card, etc.I live on disability and was trying to improve my life, now all of my savings are gone and I owe about $6000 on a credit card. Do not trust them!

This company is a SCAM!! I found them on a link through ********* edge that recommended the top 5 ways to make money through affiliate marketing. After reading the article, I thought I would give it a shot since the person had success and recommended this group. I submitted an online form and then received a call from a representative. When I called back, I was put through a questionnaire and immediately they had me sign up for a credit card in order to talk to their higher **** At first, I was hopeful and skeptical about this process. They kept asking for more $$!! I figured it was fine because at least things were getting done, the people I worked with were timely and organized. Basically, they built me a website and charged me $8500 to do so! Something I could have done on wix/ squarespace/ shopify ect. for under $100.00. They constantly guaranteed that if I put in the work, I would see success, so I spend another $7500 for marketing and additional upgrades as they showed me other successful websites and guaranteed that 10 hours a week would allow me to be successful. Well, here we are 6 months later and my coach and Team have completely ghosted me. Not that the "coach" I was with ever actually knew what was going on with my store/ business anyways. Their training and follow-up process is sub-par and if you're not tech savvy, they will treat you like an idiot. Their "coaches" are not entrepreneurs and really have no interest in you because it's not their business. I asked to switch to a new coach because I felt like I was not getting anywhere with the current one. NO ONE has followed up nor offered any sort of support. Hey even if they begged for more $$ at least there's communication happening! Please do not go into debt to try to make money. If you see this company on your invoice, ASK FOR A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!! There are so many people buying into this garbage right now and loosing a ton of $$ because of these empty promises!
