Exceed Media Group is a scam. From answering an ad costing $70 to payments over $22,000. Absolutely no return and they have not completed anything they were contracted to complete. Many of their employees have changed and they have monthly payments they continue to bill monthly. Need a law firm.

Xceed Media Group is a scam and they will never make any money for you as I have read above with all these reviews above are the same. They have taken through investments over 20k from me and my mom who have a hard time after what they have done to us. Thanks to a great legal team we have been able to recover some of that money. These scammers cannot be trusted

This company has not met my expectations or delivered on their promises. Exactly the same things have occurred with me as many others complaints with this scam. When they rushed me through the application process, they encouraged me to get a new credit card and charged the whole thing to ****************. In addition, they needed another chunk of money on one of my existing credit cards for the advertising budget. They said that the launch of my eCommerce store would coincide with "big splash" advertising across the social media universe. Neither one has occurred within the time frame that I was expecting. They scammed out out of 10k. I feel like this is a total rip-off.

I signed up Mar. 25 of this year. I went through training and paid for signing up ($8,500) and advertising ($10,000) and when my website went live I paid monthly fees for three suppliers. It is now November and I haven't earned a *****. This company is a complete scam. I now have someone helping me to try and recoup some money and shut this operation down.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. ********** of a company. I really tried to give this a go. I was told I would have all kinds of support. Spent a lot of money on this. After 6 months of nothing, I asked for my money back. I was treated very poorly and was starting to get called names. They did refund me $3000, but it was not even close to what I spent. And now, not even a year later, my website is gone and my warhead account is empty. Talk about taking your money and running. Avoid these jerks at all costs.

Spoke with Xceed Media groups after I had paid ***** for Infinite AI, they helped set me up with a credit card and charge *******, by brother is ill and dying so I told them within 3 days I wasn't going to be able to go through with the plan, I did receive a refund, but they called me a BS liar and said I made up that my brother was dying which was very hurtful, they are the most unprofessional people I have ever tried to work with, would never suggest anyone do business with this company. Were very hateful with other things said also, but don't need to go into the other things they said about me. They shouldn't even be in business.

    Hello *******,

We take matters like this very seriously and sincerely apologize if this was your experience, however after thorough review of the circumstances and phone records we were not able to locate any evidence to substantiate your review other than the agreed upon refund that was processed.

If you have any evidence to support your claim we would more than happy to investigate further as we do not condone any actions that you have described.

This company has not met my expectations or delivered on their promises. In the same manner described in many of the other complaints I have read here, people feel that this company is a scam. Exactly the same things have occurred with me as the most recent complaints of JL. 4/11/24, ML 4/09/24 and LM 04/01/24 When they rushed me through the application process, they encouraged me to get a new credit card and charged the whole thing up to the **** In addition, they needed another chunk of money on one of my existing credit cards for the advertising budget. They said that the launch of my eCommerce store would coincide with "big splash" advertising across the social media universe. Neither one has occurred within the time frame that I was expecting. Now to other concerns:#1: Without my knowledge or consent, they (Xceed Media) outsourced the actual program to a second entity called the ******************* This group is the actual design team putting the eCommerce store together. I found this out by accident while trying to contact one of my coaches to reschedule a consultation. I was told via email that the person I had tried to reach doesn't work for the ******************* she works for Xceed Media. #2 I have spent many hours working on "The Warhead Training Sight." provided by ******************** I have had several telephone consultations with various coaches, onboarding specialists, and media consultants. I have spoken to only one person with Xceed Media, who has told me her job is to be my marketing and media account support contact. #3. I was told that by starting my program in January, my website would be up and running by the April 1st. target date. #4. The website is not up and running as of April 26th, 2024, and the drop-shipper wants another payment for a continuing subscription to their service. Without the website up and running, how can one be expected to purchase another subscription? I feel like this is a total rip-off.
