Hi I had a problem with my pedestrian gate I purchased back in January 2024, for some reason the paint got dull, just wanted to say I was happy with customer service my warranty claim was approved and I got my replacement for my pedestrian gate very satisfied.Aleko

Advertised a 8X8 RV awning. Upon ordering and told it was to be shipped. Next communication was it was not in stock and on backorder for shipment in 4 to 6 weeks.Next communication to check the status of the order is the product has been discontinued, yet it is still posted on the web site for purchase.No communication to that until I called to check on the order.Aleko

I had a problem that could have been my fault, not sure. A small part broke on one of the arms of a motorized retractable awning. ***** sent me a whole new arm, which included the small part even after I told them how it all happened. They acknowledge one of my points, and this is excellent customer service.Aleko

I have an awning I purchased 2 years ago that uses a part called roller support assembly . well I replace it twice and awaiting the third one , it brakes due to too mush tension on the roll out . went on line to order it and it said out of stock.. So. I contacted customer services and I got *****************.I am happy to say the ***************** is the first person in the customer service that 1) supper friendly, 2) a pleasure to talk you and lessons to you talk , not like other yes, no , good by.. I never encountered a per like her in the customer service . so, **********************! please give ***************** a raise. or promote her to a higher level. Sincerely ******************************: and went out her way to find me an out of order part from the warehouse witch some in stock. and shipped to me .Aleko

Extreme disappointment in seeking the simplest of information, they had a hot tub stove for sale and I asked what the internal water routing components were as they claimed it heats water also. I sent pictures and diagrams and even did a Chat GPT translate to assist. I asked to know if there were water coils inside the stove that heats the hot tub water - simple. Their tech-support just kept telling me they dont know and they refused to escalate it. They refused to provide a corporate headquarter contact. They just simply were telling me they dont know anything about their product. ***** claimed to be tech support but was feckless, polite, but feckless. Absolutely nothing illegal about this runaround but I just wanted the Better Business Bureau to be aware of my experience with them and the candor they displayed towards the buying community. I advised them that this behavior destroys brand confidence in addition to sales. Please warn others.Aleko

I ordered a replacement awning cover which caused $84. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the company charged me return shipping which was $45 plus there is a 15% restocking fee so Ill only wind up with about $32 after the charges. I am a senior citizen, retired military and retired law enforcement I wouldve appreciated some assistance ??????Aleko

The 8x10 awning is great and there are multiple ways of aquiring the installation instructions. I am now trying to acquire another additional 8x10 awning but is not available right now. I will keep checking back to see if available. I wish someone could give me an exact date when I can order another.Aleko

So frustrated! We order an awning a while ago but didn't have a chance to install it until now. Admittedly, it was purchased more than a year ago, but apparently that voids the warranty. It was unopened in the box until now. When we opened it and went to install, we realized that we're missing a few plastic pieces (they were probably all in one bag). Even though it is brand new, they won't cover it under warranty and want $155 to replace these small pieces. You have got to be kidding me!! A full replacement is $199. Horrible customer service. So disappointed!Aleko
