    I needed some information on a particular bounce house. It was in regards to a purchase that I wanted to do online. When I contacted Aleko, I was given a quick response to my questions. The customer service that I received was impeccable and Im glad that I contacted the company. It helped in my decision-making for purchasing the bounce house. Thank you again for all of your help.     Aleko has excellent customer service. We had a small end cap on our awning that had become dried out and brittle from sun damage. I reached out to see about getting a replacement. They responded within a few hours, asked for some details about our awning. The next day I received an email letting me know a package was on the way. It arrived within 3-4 days. They also sent 2 pieces, (the left and the right) at no charge. Very happy with their prompt communication and shipping.

    ****** ***** was an absolute charm to work with. The defective issues we had were quite severe to the *********************** of the gate purchased from ******************************* put my concerns at ease & assured me our claim would be handled in a timely fashion. The correspondence via-mail with ****** alone was timely, informative & helpful in lieu of waiting on a phone line & hoping to speak to the same person throughout the process of our claim. We appreciated the professionalism with which ****** handled our concerns and the assurance us of a resolution that was offered from the start. We look forward to receiving replacement gate panels and are hopeful the premature ***************** will not recur on the new ones.
