    . Inappropriate Introduction: Upon sitting down with Ansin, there was an awkward silence for several seconds. This was followed by a question posed in what I perceived as an aggressive tone, “What can I do for you?”

    2. Failure to Provide Necessary Documentation: When I asked for a sales sheet detailing the features and accessories of the vehicle to justify the price difference, Ansin responded defensively, implying a lack of trust on my part. He then mentioned system issues as a reason for not providing the sales sheet. Business transactions, especially of such significance, require transparency and verifiable information, not verbal assurances.

    3.Dismissive Attitude: Despite my attempts to proceed with the conversation in a constructive manner, Ansin stated, “There is nothing to talk about.” This was not only dismissive but also indicative of an unwillingness to engage or resolve the matter at hand.

    4. Public Outburst: As I decided to exit the situation due to the above incidents, Ansin raised his voice, asking, “What are you trying to accomplish?” This public display of hostility was not only distressing but highly unprofessional, particularly in the presence of other customers and staff.

    I believe that a customer should always be treated with respect, transparency, and professionalism. Sadly, in this instance, that was not my experience. Ansin’s behavior is not reflective of the standards I expect from a reputable dealership such as Stohlman. I am concerned about the impact of such behavior on other potential customers and on the dealership’s reputation.

    I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. It would be appreciated if appropriate measures are taken to address this behavior, ensuring future customers do not experience a similar encounter. Additionally, I remain open to discussions with another sales manager if Stohlman Subaru is interested in pursuing our potential business relationship.

    Recent experience at Stohlman Subaru in Tysons, Virginia on October 22, 2023. I visited the dealership with the intent of purchasing a used 2023 Subaru Outback and possibly giving Stohlman Subaru an opportunity to beat or match an offer I received from a competing dealership. However, my encounter with the Sales Manager, Ansin, was deeply troubling and antithetical to the experience I had initially with your representatives.
    Here are the specific incidents which concerned me:
