    The dealership failed to file the paperwork from my trade-in properly resulting in me having more than 1K personal property taxes assessed incorrectly assessed. (The vehicle was still in my name 4 months after I traded it in) DMV records say that the vehicle was only transferred out 12/21/22. They also changed my address with DMV erroneously to a previous address that was not the address on my License. (Possibly a DMV error) They also failed to document that I had a warranty resulting in an out of pocket expense that should have been covered by warranty.

    I started a purchase for a 2022 ID.4 with Stohlman Volkswagen using their express buying platform. This indicated a $36,715 trade-in price. I understand this was preliminary, but was misled during the process when the dealer said they would list the vehicle for $35K, when they ended up listing the vehicle for just under $42K. I received a trade-in value of $32,500. The larger issue I have is that their express buying system says that the interest rate for financing with VW Credit should have been 5.4% for 48 months (5.5% for 60 months) and the finance office said that ****** **** was the lowest offer (6.72%). I had specifically asked for VW Credit financing and have an 800+ credit score. I believe the finance person deliberately withheld the VW option, even though a credit report was submitted with them and two other banks. I have attached a PDF of what was saved on the Stohlman express buying platform for the vehicle. I am also attaching an Instant Cash Offer through *BB for m trade-in from the exact same dealer. Note I brought these concerns up to Kevin L**, my sales person, but did not receive any follow-up as requested.
