    BEWARE. I would give one star if I could. They show up at your door and are pushy, aggressive, and misrepresent their services. They claimed to help neighbors with pest control problems and used their exact names to lure in other customers. Not only do they not provide the service they guarantee, which is treating areas where there are cobwebs, etc. with a powder to kill nests (my ring camera shows otherwise), but they have zero customer service. You are routed to a call center where they can't answer questions or cancel accounts. I've also heard they will continually charge your card after suspending service and when you don't pay send you to collections OR they show up and perform a service you've cancelled and demand payment. This is a disgusting way to conduct business and treat hardworking, good people to get a few bucks. They are liars and scammers. Do NOT use their services.

    Worst experience ever. They are not a firm I would ever use again. They tell you one thing then charge you more. Please do not use them. Also the bugs were still present.
    Terrible experience with their billing department. Save yourself and do not use their services

    They were canvassing our neighborhood. Said they had “extra” spray. We could try the service and if we didn’t like it we could cancel and not have to pay the cancellation fee. We didn’t find it effective plus one spray inside the house the tech was dripping the spray all over the wood floors. We called to cancel and was told we couldn’t unless we paid the cancel fee we were told unit that we didn’t have to pay at the onset. We called our rep Shane Slater, who hung up on us when we identified ourselves. True bait and switch.

    I would give it 0 stars if I could. We have not used Eco Shield but felt very harassed by them as they came to our house not once, not twice, but three times in one afternoon (today) despite our obvious "No Soliciting" sign. They both knocked and rang the doorbell the two times I was home. As a stay at home mom, there is no way I would open the door to a strange man and this employee turned his back to the door every time he knocked or rang the bell. He squatted in my yard and looked through our rocks and then argued with my husband when he came back a third time later. My husband pointed out our sign and he argued with my husband over how many "closes" he gets with people with signs. Eco Shield would do well to teach their employees manners, to read signs, and to show respect when people say no.

    I've been very disappointed in their customer service as it relates to their mosquito solution. I have an infant and therefore its quite important to me that the mosquitos in our back yard be well controlled. I was advised that to accomplish this - the application should occur at a cadence of twice every other month, and once a month in between. I ordered the service in May and it is now August. They have visited my property once. Whenever I have called to try and resolve the issue I have been told that they are working on it and that I will get a call back. They have never called back nor scheduled a follow up appointment. I've since begun asking for their office manager and am given a different story as to why she cannot take a call. She's out to lunch, she's left the office, she's on another call. All these excuses in the same day. What is clear to me is that she is not doing her job. I've received this incredibly poor and unprofessional treatment after I recently spent close to 10,000 on a project earlier this year. I could not be more disappointed in a company that touts its customer service.
