  Sent my clothes to be washed with Bolt Laundry Service. Will probably never do that again. Put in an estimate of how many loads. Got billed for twice as many, fine. Paid it. Then they call me at almost 10pm saying there's actually even more. Kind of suspicious but fine, go ahead and bill me and I'll pay it. But they wanted me to pay an invoice that again included the extra I already paid. I told them that didn't make sense and just to invoice what they hadn't already been paid for. She said she would speak with her manager to see what could be done. She called me back and said they would void the invoice so I would only pay once for the additional amount, which is crazy because I should only be paying once anyways, but okay... I told her to just invoice the second additional like they invoiced the original additional. She refused. So I asked to speak with her manager as none of this is making sense to me. She said she would have her manager call me. No call came. I call this morning and speak with Meva who was apparently the same person from last night and she tells me she never asked her manager to call me because it was late. Yet, it wasn't too late to call me to ask for more money. But it was too late to request a manager call me. They could've called me today and I would've been fine with it, but to not even make the request is ridiculous.

  Failed to deliver clothes to the correct address and have refused either clarification or reimbursement. Very unprofessional.

  Back in October, I place an order for laundry pickup. My laundry was returned (late) and smelled like cigarette smoke and was dirty. I had to wash the items multiple times to get the smell out. I immediately emailed their customer service and received no response. I began calling a few days later. Ben answered the phone, after being disconnected several times. He told me that a manager had approved the refund and would be applying it soon. Here we are in December with MULTIPLE calls back to them (the same response every time). Their customer service is abhorrent. They hang up the phone, don’t return calls when they say they will, and in no way take responsibility for their work.

  I recently had the pleasure of using Bolt Laundry Services, and I must say that my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. With a broken washing machine and a mountain of laundry to tackle, we scheduled a pickup and drop-off laundry delivery with Bolt, hoping for a reliable solution. Little did we know that we were in for an exceptional surprise!
  When we made the appointment yesterday, Bolt Laundry Services showcased its commitment to outstanding customer service. The scheduling process was smooth and hassle-free, with their team accommodating our specific needs without any issues. We appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism throughout.
  Today, within a mere 3 hours of our scheduled pickup time, we were pleasantly surprised to find our laundry delivered right to our doorstep. The efficiency and speed with which Bolt Laundry Services handled our laundry were truly remarkable.

  Missing clothes, poor customer service and inaccurate pick up and delivery times. Do not use them.
  I signed up for a 7-10am pickup, the driver had not arrived so at 10:30, I asked to reschedule for the next day. The following day, the same issue occurred and when I called, I was told that my order was canceled on accident. Finally, on Wednesday, my laundry was finally picked up. The driver promised me an 8am drop off the next day. At 11:40am, I asked for the status of my laundry and was told it could take up to 6pm for my laundry to be returned. I asked about the 7-10 window that I selected and was told that it is actually 7-12. ????? My receipt clearly says 7-10. I texted the receipt to the company, no response. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the agent hung up the phone. I called back and was told no supervisor was available. Finally, my clothes were returned but I already see that a few items are missing. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

  Terrible. Will not use again. My laundry disappeared from my lobby. The company refuses to reimburse me in a very rude way. The company also refuses to delete my credit card information and my account. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

  We have used Bolt Laundry Services for several months now and we are very pleased with their service. The delivery is always on time, the work is always perfect, and they are professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a laundry service!

  I have been going to Bolt for laundry service for a while now. I have never had a bad experience. I have always received my clothes back in a timely manner and they are clean and smell fresh! The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming!
