I travel a fair amount for work and take regular weekends away, and Bolt Laundry has been a game changer. With the Wash & Fold service, I save several hours a week by not having to fight to find a time when the machines are open in my building and not sitting in the laundry room while the loads run. The dry cleaning service has also been terrific, with a faster turnaround than the local cleaner (especially as I often missed their 7 p.m. closing hours). Bolt's communication platform is easy to use and their drivers are awesome. Yes, it costs a bit more than doing my own laundry, but it is well worth it to free up the time and to know I'll have what I need for my trips.Bolt Laundry Service

I've been using laundry services since Covid - another provider to begin with but I switched to Bolt Laundry a couple of years ago and most happy I did. My experience with Bolt has been incomparably terrific. Pick-up and delivery personnel have been incredibly kind, courteous and accommodating. And, even more extraordinary, are the behind the scenes providers who respond to emails and/or telephone calls either immediately or within minutes - and truly care. My laundry is always returned thoughtfully folded, separated and laundered according to my personal preferences. I could not be more pleased that I switched to Bolt.Bolt Laundry Service

When you just can't stand doing it yourself, or you're just too busy, call Bolt. The pick everything up at convenient times , wash and fold everything and quickly get everything back to you fast. If you just can't wait they have express delivery for your convenience. I genuinely appreciate their pick up and delivery people because they're kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. They pricing is good considering all they do for you. It's worth it to try them out, you'll like it, just like me.Bolt Laundry Service

I and beyond satisfied with Bolt Laundry. I can't believe they paired me and my family of four socks and I'm forever grateful. I fell behind getting laundry done and decided I would give their services a try I will never again try any other methods and luckily because I really do not enjoy doing laundry. I took a photo of how perfectly they folded every single item. They separated our items based on shirts pants colors. It's just amazing. What a bad company to deal with. I place an in line service order. I was charged over **** because I had to enter my own weight for the laundry. After a week I see another astronomical charge for over *****. This is no way to treat a customer, I also tried to call and contact via email and of course no reply via email and the phone line mysteriously keep dropping. This company is TERRIBLE. No communication, they lost a bunch of my clothes and people in customer service were rude and blamed me for my clothes being lost. Absolutely horrible company, would never suggest them to someone for any laundry service ever.Bolt Laundry Service

We take all concerns regarding lost items seriously and immediately conducted a full investigation once we heard from you — including reviewing our delivery van footage, auditing laundry weights, and checking all laundromat records. Our internal systems showed that the weight of your laundry was exactly the same when it arrived and when it was returned. We also confirmed, through our camera footage and driver records, that all items collected were delivered. Unfortunately, we were not contacted until two weeks after the delivery, which made it more difficult to trace anything that may have gone missing. We certainly never intend to come across as rude or dismissive. Our team is here to help, and we regret if any part of our communication felt otherwise. Our goal is always to provide a helpful and respectful experience. If there’s any new information that can help us continue the search, we’re more than willing to take another look. If you are from the Chicago area, please give this place your business. I was in Chicago for a bachelorette trip this weekend and I lost my wallet! We searched everywhere we could think of and had no luck. I luckily didn’t have cash in my wallet but I had all of my cards, ID and some sentimental items in it. About 2 hours later I got a call from a random number and I decided to answer it. It was a guy who worked for this company and he said my wallet was found in our laundry he had collected earlier in the day. He assured me that nothing was missing and he told me he would deliver it with my laundry. So glad there’s still good people left in this scary world. ??Bolt Laundry Service
