    After this company took over Bedford County Broadbands service, I have had nothing but Problems with my Internet! No service since July 11th. Multiple calls for help, more excuses as to outage?, told they were upgrading the tower, would be 2 weeks!, waited 2 weeks, then, told it would be 2 more weeks today!, can’t reach Management on the phone, leave messages, no call back!They did refund my months service, big deal, I need the internet for my Business, they aren’t conserned!

    Grading by "stars" is really not possible because of the variation in customer service quality. The sales person was outstanding until the contract was signed and the equipment was installed, and while my issues don't really pertain to them, their technical support and scheduling manager have much to be desired. The installers were excellent, but when my service went down after a storm on Monday, I was told that a technician would not be available until August 4. Keep in mind that we are a home based business, relying totally on internet for emails, faxing, printing, and payroll. I asked the "scheduling manager" how she would appreciate being told that the people she works for were sorry that they couldn't generate her a paycheck because of bad internet providers, but as you might imagine, she has no answer. 10 days without internet that is paid for promptly, business or personal, is totally unacceptable! Again, I really love the internet WHEN it is working, but beware if there is a problem. They're very apathetic, especially when they know that your internet options are practically non-existent out here. As soon as fiber is available here, even if I have to pay to break the contract, I will be making the switch. They could improve on answering the phone, as well!
