    I can NOT say enough about the two young gentlemen Jason ***** & Jake ****** who came out and had my internet back up within 20 minutes! I live quite remote and researched every possibility for internet. From day one they have supported my efforts in having internet. I am grateful to have them!! Pat **********

    Had this service over 2 years and service is going downhill! Constantly losing tv service, can't play video games at same time. Tried to make contact by text and keep getting red flagged showing I need to put a @ with my phone number, so unable to even get thru to them.

    I was excited to get internet in our Rural area. Service started at the end of April/beginning of May. Since then, I've had 2 lengthy outages. The first one was 2 weeks. It took 6 days to get a response from me opening a ticket. 6 DAYS. I was then told my service date would be several weeks later. What?? No way. Luckily it was moved up. There was a storm that went through and there were lots of outages, but that's still crazy to go without for 2 weeks. The storm wasn't THAT bad. I received a credit of $20. Fine.. even though the amount didn't match the days. Moving on to the most recent outage. The internet went out, I called and left a message, and texted. No response for 3 days. I had to call in for an update. My ticket was received but how was I supposed to know? It turned out to be an area outage. This made me feel a little better that they were working on it and not just putting me off. However, I still didn't receive updates unless I called. I was without usable internet for 6 days. I'm a remote worker, so you can imagine how this doesn't work for me. I requested a credit. I had not heard back so I once again called to get an update. I was told the credit was denied. Oh? No one called me or reached out. The reason for this is because I receive a discounted rate and the credit is not more than the discount. Whoa. Because your company offers discounts (which I'm grateful for), it's okay that your customers go without service for almost a week and sometimes more? As a customer, that's unacceptable. My bill is still paid timely every month, but going without internet I pay for and not receiving a credit because of discounts given? Absurd. I am really hoping there is a better internet coming soon to my area. I won't hesitate to get out of my contract when this happens. WITHOUT FEES. Until then.... let's see how long it takes for the next outage.

    WARNING: Read all 1-star reviews before throwing your money away. Wants your cash but will not provide support infrastructure after the sale. Poor training, bad attitudes. Will not keep appointments. 2 thumbs down. Run.

    I live out in ******* County so there are not a lot of options for Internet service here. We've tried two satellite dish companies but both had metered service that never lasted an entire month for us before they would start throttling us back. I work remotely most of the time and can burn up a lot of megabytes quickly so these were not a great options for me. Seiontec is not metered and for us out in the woods they use line of sight radio communication. Good overall but we have had our issues too. This week a thunderstorm knocked out our service and it was four days before anyone could get to us. Two techs, Jake and Jason showed up to troubleshoot. After a couple of hours, they had to take care of another call before they finished getting us resolved but Jake promised to return. Later in the day and true to his word, and after 6pm Jake came back with two other techs to finish the work. Within an hour or so the connection was once again working and someone in the office will fine tune the radio unit to ensure the highest throughput. The three techs left to take care of another call even though it was approaching 8pm. NOTE for this morning, someone must have done the adjustments needed and we are back to good up and down load rates With line-of-site, every installation is different so issue resolution can be hit-or-miss All of the technicians that have come out have all been very conscientious and committed to providing good service but there are times where there's not enough of them to go round and some issues require a lot of time to resolve or can be quite complex. That's the nature of telecommunications For my situation, Seiontec Systems has been the best solution for our Internet needs. Not perfect but a lot better than anything else that we have in our area. I will never go back to metered service again or satellite dishes that are a lot more prone to failure Thank you guys and I appreciate your efforts for your customers.

    Company seems fraudulent. They are receiving payment from many people and not rendering services paid for. No resolution, no service. What you will get if you choose this company, when the issues arise (and they will happen) they will say "we are putting a ticket in" and you will not get a resolution on the tickets. They will even state that they are "escalating the ticket". What will take place is they will keep telling you they made an adjustment. You will notice close to the speeds that you are paying for, but they will likely never get totally there. You will likely never get on a consistent basis the speeds/service you pay for. There will be various amounts of times that you will go without service. If you ask why/ what's going on, the general answer will be "you were apart of a system outage" . For $113 monthly this seems to not be a very professional customer service driven company. and seems somewhat fraudulent to some degree. The most amount of a refund for a lack of services you might see is $25. It's absolutely not a good service provider. I am so disappointed and hurt at how rude the reps can be when you call unrealistic. Mr Haag why not step in an help resolve these issues. Your customers and your quality should mean something.

    For the last 7 months I haven’t received the download speed I’ve been paying for. As a mater of fact I haven’t received the lowest speed they promise. I’m paying for a higher package. When I complain they respond with “We will add that to your folder”. Never have they sent anyone out to check on the problem nor have they offered to change my billing.

    Didn't think it was possible to get worse customer service than centurylong, but Seiontec is the worst I've dealt with. lie to you, make appointments and not show up, service will be out or slow for weeks, they won't come to repair, call you back, or communicate in any way

    I have been a customer for 1.7 yrs. Good in beginning. Now cannot get service techs to call you back or anyone to come out in field to see whz the problem. Goes as long as 2 wks or longer. Wrk from home, my job is on the line. A class action lawsuit needs to happen. Read reviews on Seiontec web pg VERY SAD!
