  We shopped around and felt like Alan's Factory Outlet was exactly what we wanted. The price, the options, and especially the design program were main factors in the whole process. All of the people at Alan's we talked with during the designing and then ordering our RV building were very helpful. Very satisfied with it all. We are looking forward to having the RV building installed soon. We want it put on a concrete floor, and the concrete was not done and ready. Building will be installed soon now that the concrete floor is done.. We opted for the heavier gauge metal frame and also the thicker gauge metal roofing and sidewalls. Extra strength and support during winter snows and on strong wind days. When we decided to have 2 windows installed in the back wall, the folks at Alan's were great in adjusting our original design and explaining how it would all go during the build process. The designing program helped us visualize what our RV building would look like. It also showed the price as we changed and added options. Once decisions made, the ordering process was very easy. We felt like the heavier gauge metal and color matching screw were great options to have available. The people at Alan's helped us figure out exactly how tall to make the building for the RV and top A/C units to clear the entry with room to spare. Very Glad we chose Alan's Factory Outlet to build and install our new RV building.

  Ordered 24x25 two car garage/shop. Quick delivery, even quicker install. Quality and fit is amazing, and no issues with water intrusion or gaps. Price is hard to beat too!! Would highly recommend and would buy from again.

  My review is only based on the ordering process and Alan's Factory Outlet role after signing the contract and paying a down payment. We signed the contract on September 18th and still waiting for the install. During the process of deciding on the carport design and modifying the quote, AFO's staff were great with all aspects of the process. My average rating is due to the lack of information provided by AFO during the waiting period. I had to reach out to see if I missed any information or did not provide enough pictures of the carport area. AFO could increase their level of customer service from the aspect of making sure their client is informed about the purchase and install. It seems to me that in 2023 consumers are still dealing with the pandemic and policies of the past few years, such as dealing with supply availability, employees, and resources. I am assuming that the carport installer are minimizing their costs by working in regions based on the number of projects. So, if you live in more isolated county like we do, I would anticipate a longer wait on installation as we are just short of 90 days since signing the contract. My intent is to provide an update or new review after the install as well.

  I ordered a 20x36x10 garage. I am extremally happy with my purchase! The only negative I found was when I designed it Everything was centered. but when put up windows are off center do to the frame being in the center. Everything else is PERFECT. The installers were quick and explained the process. Will absolutely come back for all future projects.

  The ordering process is quick and simple. I made down payment at time of order late September and am awaiting delivery and installation. Today, November 22, is the first contact I’ve had from the company. I’m hoping delivery will and set up will complete before end of the year. Pricing is competitive and reviews of company history is very favorable. Just looking forward to a 20x20 carport to be completed.

  The pricing is fair and the online tools were very good, the communication about when to expect your product falls short of acceptable, if you call to inquire about your building you get zero answers other than 6-8 weeks barring weather! Which i can understand, there has been 1 day of rain in 2 months no building or sign of one still, not to mention when you do speak with a representative you get made to feel like your bothering them… Now the holidays are knocking im sure more excuses as to why no building.

  We LOVE our new carport! The crew they sent were very efficient and friendly. Quality of the product is great! I was hesitant to order this big an investment online, but I can assure everyone it is safe and very effective.The pricing was about $2k less than I was quoted locally. This made my decision to order here. Great customer service when I called, great installers, and great product for a very reasonable price

  I ordered a 22x30 Two car garage. The website was simple to use and the modications allowed me to build exactly what I wanted. The purchase process was quick and easy and my garage was delivered and installed a month ahead of the projected date. I am very happy with my purchase and I would buy from this company again.
