      Terrible service. I think they closed up shop without telling customers and still charged me for service I have not received since my internet has been out for over 2 weeks. Don't use. They don't answer phone calls, emails or texts.

      My service has been out over two weeks! Their voicemail boxes are full. When I left a voicemail they responded with a text. I began texting since no one would call me back and I could not leave a message. They finally sent me a text with a number to call. When I called the number and turns out that person does not even work for BOIP! Since June of this year I have not had service for 4 days in June, 6 days in August and now in September it has been out for over two weeks. They never prorated my bill for any of the down time either.When service is lost you never know when it will come back. You have to take time from your day to exchange the hardware because they cannot do it remotely. On top of the that when you do have service it is borderline unusable. Stay away from this company and what they "provide".

      Like many other complaints we have been involved in numerous outages over the last 5 years. Every time we would continue getting charged during the outage with no compensation offered. I would also have to make the 90 minute drive to them every 3-6 months when am outage would occur. Again no compensation would be offered for our troubles. This last time we lost service on 9/12/2024, called and recieved a text message stating this was best way to get a response. Called daily, texted daily...no response anywhere. Finally today, 9/23, I drove the 90 mins again to the doors only to find the doors shut and locked and again not answering the phone. Spoke with another business in the same strip and was informed they had closed shop and haven't been heard or seen from in about a month. They did take the monthly charge out on Monday of $115. I've put a stop payment on further payments and my bank is looking into helping us get out money refunded.We found another service provider that has no complaints listed from their customers. Living in a very rural area it's hard to get service, that was what drew us to BOIP initially. But their customer service went down **********.

      Our service has been out for almost a week. I have reached out to the service department, sales office and tech support with zero response. I have even reached out to the owner, again, zero response. The voicemail for customer service is now full and cannot take any more messages. We have canceled our subscription with the company and I hope to hear back a confirmation but not expecting one.

      Zero stars is more accurate. **************** is non-existent with this group. Their website claims "24/7 Technical Support" when in reality they will not answer the phone, call you back, respond to your chat, or email you, ever. They simply will not communicate by any means! This is extremely frustrating when there is an outage and their service is relied upon for remote work.

      We have sued BOIP for our internet service provider for the past 5-6 years. We have had numerous occasions where the internet would go out and we would have to swap out the router because of the internet would no longer work. Our most recent outage started on June 4, 2024 and we were told then that the services should be restored the following day. I called, emailed and texted their tech support for follow up and received the same story that it would be restored the following day. I have also told them that we work from home and require the service to be working. I have asked numerous times throughout my correspondence that a supervisor or owner reach out. I have heard NOTHING from a supervisor, manager or owner. I am letting the BBB know of this so they can forewarn other users of this. We do not know when our service will be restored but we can tell you that this is far from the customer service that We expect from a service provider who is collecting $165 a month for less than superior service. I hope that we can save someone else from the pain and poor service that this company has provided. I am looking for service elsewhere but have been unable to find it due to the lack of internet service providers in our rural area. Our only hope is that the on going fiber internet service construction in ************** will soon be in our area.Thank you,*******************
