Used them a couple years back and was very happy. When I used again for my recent project the paper quality was so poor that the paper could not even withstand the protective plastic foil within the shipping tube and corners got creased just from that. Unrolling the print damaged it further. Customer service acknowledged that they changed their paper quality, only to have another agent retract that statement the next day - hmmm... A lot of back and forth to negotiate a refund (at first they required me to mail the print back at my expense). Then they forgot to actually issue the refund and I again had to follow up.

Terrible quality and customer service. Then they expect me to pay to ship back the crappy product to them out of my own pocket to get a refund. Horrible business and now I have **** ******s worth of bad quality posters.

I recently ordered a blown up picture for my mother in-law of her German Shepard who unfortunately passed away this July 5th.

I found Posterburner online and ordered a 16" x 20" of her dog when he was a puppy on July 7th.
We received the poster about ten days later. while my mother in-law was visiting. The photo looked good but when we tried to have it framed we discovered that the poster was a little too small to fit under the matting so we slipped some white paper behind it for the time being.

The next day I contacted Posterburner and explained that the poster was not 16" x 20" and could they please send me a poster that was
Their response was, they need a photo with a tape measure to prove it was too small. I explained that my mother in-law lived a good ninety minutes away but that wasn't good enough for them.

I guess what they don't understand is, if we make the long drive just to take a photo, That *** poster will cost us at least another *** and our time.

So finally after several emails, they want me to cut the poster in four pieces and send a photo of it for proof!

I've never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.

    Hi Mike,

I apologize. It would be exceedingly rare for a poster to not come the size that was ordered. They are machine cut to size, and the machine is extremely precise. But regardless of whether the size was correct or not, we always offer the ability to get a refund if you're not happy. We just ask that you either return the print, or send in a picture of the print torn up as proof of destruction (which saves any return cost and hassle of having to ship it back). I do understand that there is an added complexity here since your mom lives far away and may not be able to take the pictures herself. But also, there is a very high percentage chance that the print is the correct size and the frame is not made for a 16x20 print, and the same thing will happen again if we send a 16x20 replacement.

The only way I can see that will solve the problem is if you can get a measurement of the frame from the back, the part where the print fits into the frame. I'm guessing it is not exactly 16x20. If you can get that measurement, we can remake the print and change the size to fit the frame.
