Hi, my name is David ******. I've called and emailed about 10, 15 times regarding a refund for my order number that was lost in transit for several weeks due to a damaged label and was. It received in time for an event. My order number is *******. The package was finally delivered after about 3 weeks was delivered, and I returned the parcel per Miguel ****** in your customer service who informed me a refund would be issued once the items were returned. I provided the **** tracking number and screenshot as confirmation or return receipt. It’s disappointing that I cannot reach anyone to resolve this issue and get my refund as instructed. I’d really like for someone to reach out to me and provide a refund.

    Hi David,

I apologize for the delay in getting this handled for you.  The customer service team asked me to step in after it was unclear what happened to the package.  After reviewing, I see that it did take longer than it should have in transit but was delivered.  The point of confusion was we were unsure if you had received and returned the posters, which I see you did, and I will process the refund for your order now.  I apologize for the confusion.

For years, they had given me excellent quality in a timely manner, and I never questioned anything. The last couple of years, however, I seriously wonder how their QC seems to have slipped greatly. I'm getting damaged packages, which lead to the posters inside getting creased and dented. Today was the LAST straw, as the package was okay, but the poster was STILL damaged inside. These people, IMHO, are either, drunk, high or just plain stupid. After years of good service, they've slipped dramatically, so I do NOT recommend this business. Stay away from them!

Hi John, I apologize. I reviewed your ticket and emailed you directly to try to resolve it from my personal email, but did not get a response. If a poster arrives damaged, we just ask for a picture of the poster torn in fourths as proof of destruction instead of a return, and we will reprint and reship asap.

DO NOT purchase from PosterBurner! they don't pad/protect the poster inside the mailing tube and if it arrives damaged they say they'll send a replacement but they never do. you can keep emailing for weeks and they will totally ghost you.

Hi Elena, I see your email in customer service about your print arriving damaged that was sent on July 30th at 4PM. At 7AM the next morning we replied with the below email. If a poster arrives damaged we ask for a picture of the damage, and if its not clearly destroyed, we ask the customer to tear the poster in fourths as proof of destruction and we ship a new poster right away. Damage in shipping is rare but it does happen, but we always make sure that if a poster is damaged, it is replaced quickly. Below is the response to your email sent from miguel on 7/31. Please send a picture of the poster you received cut in fourths to service at posterburner dot com and we will send the replacement right away. Hi Elena, We are sorry to know that your print came damaged. We certainly would like to make this right for you. We have your replacement print, ready to be processed. Normally, we require our customers to send us back their poster before we can process any replacement. But this would consume a lot of time on your part. To lessen the inconvenience, as a one-time exception just for you, I have waived this requirement and instead, ask of you to just send us a photo of the poster torn into fourths. This way, we can document the poster as unusable in any way or form in lieu of the required return documentation. We really hope for your utmost understanding through this process. I cannot believe what they sent me complete opposite of what I ordered they did not even read the instructions that were sent with the order I wasted *** now I have to get them done somewhere else these people have no common sense whatsoever

Hi Mitchell, I apologize. I checked your order and you ordered an image and then put in the instructions directions to completely create a new and entirely different image. The complexity of your request was far beyond what the normal use case of notes on an order entail. We should have caught that and let you know, and I apologize for that.

I purchased my order 7 days ago and for the last 4 days, my order status still says "printing label". I would not recommend this company unless you are ok with waiting 2 weeks for your package and still paying for shipping.my order was only 1 poster, smaller in size.

Hi Kassandra, I apologize. The poster has shipped and is in route. Because of the shape of the poster tube, sometimes USPS does not scan the package in. This doesn't affect transit speed, it just doesn't allow tracking while the poster is in transit. That is why we recommend and default to ***** Smartpost as the recommended shipping option. Your poster is in route and should arrive mid to late this week.

Be wary if you order from this “company.” I ordered a simple poster on 5/30/24 and, upon checking the shipping status on 6/8/24, noticed it was still in “pre-shipment” and sent an email to see what was going on as I needed my product very soon. I was told they checked and it was at the post office and “there is a possibility that they missed the scan at the sorting facility if the label is facing the wrong way. When that happens, it will either get scanned at the receiving sorting facility or show the same status until it’s delivered.” At this point I decided to do some research and came across complaints of this exact nature, and that they would keep responding with reasons/excuses until you just give up and they get away with your money. On 6/10/24 I wrote back (through email because their phone number never leads to an actual human) that I’d like a refund since it hasn’t been shipped yet. I was told a refund wasn’t possible until I received my package and sent it back to them. I called them out on their scam and told them I started a dispute with my credit card company. With no response, I checked the shipping status again on 6/11/24 and it appeared that my package was magically brought to and accepted at their local **** in Chesapeake, VA 12 hours after I had to threaten the credit card dispute. When the product I PAID FOR was actually delivered to their local post office less than 7 miles from their shop (long after the lie that it was there already), it was put in the system and the tracking status was updated MANY TIMES in 36 hours which means it must have been rush delivered. So they lied that it was at the **** and that the tracking status doesn’t update “if the scan was missed.” They try to take your money and hope you give up/forget/lose interest in resolving the issue out of frustration. Absolutely disgusted. Although I did receive the product I paid for, I will never do “business” with these scammers again

Hi Nancy, I apologize. I missed this review when it came in. We had so many problems with **** in late 2023 and early 2024 that we switched the default option to ***** smartpost and we recommend that for all packages. **** does miss scans on many packages, especially poster tubes, since they started overhauling their distribution centers. But ***** smart post is reliable and we have switched to that as the main service for all our posters due to the issues with *****

With my last order, I contacted them due to prices they were advertising that did not match what was being charged in my cart, it was an almost *** difference. Their check out said no axes were owed. I brought it to their attention & they dismissed me saying I was incorrect & had outdated information. I presented them with screen shots to validate my claims, highlighting the difference in pricing. They said it must be a an issue with my browsers cookies. I took a screen shots of the sites code to show them that it was not my browser but the prices advertised were hard coded into their website. This was also ignored like many of my questions. After some back and fourth there was a solution offered & they told me that they would only charge me the price of a 30x40 poster ***. However, they said I needed to pay the full price up front & then they would refund me the appropriate amount once I received the poster. They did refund me but not the entire amount owed & they shorted me by about ***. They then "sent" my first poster & it was an empty container with nothing in it. I brought this to their attention & requested they sent me a poster with expedited shipping, there was some back & fourth & then they ignored me all together for about a week until the owner came back & then it finally shipped. I received a wrinkled, folded & bent poster. For a third time I requested my poster, that ideally isn't damaged/missing. It took over 2 weeks to receive the poster. Throughout this whole process I tried calling them & requesting calls several times. At multiple different points I got ignored to bye their staff & went to their ******** messaging system because it provides read receipts. I called them out on lying to me & ignoring me. They responded with very cheeky & immature responses, & ultimately blocking me instead of addressing the points I brought up. I went back to email to try and get answers, they lied to me more & told me to never buy from them again.

Ordered from poster burner, and never again. I needed 2 decals for a car show deadline and emailed Miguel in customer service. He said he could guarantee my shipment would be delivered prior to this Friday the 4th, IF I paid another ****** in shipping. He said the shipment would for sure go out via FedEx Friday the 28th. It’s now Tuesday the 1st and only a label was created by the shipper. I called FedEx to be sure this wasn’t just a glitch in tracking, but nope…. They have not received the package, nor have they picked up the package. I have emailed customer service 3 times since Friday, and also left a phone message regarding an update as to why this has not moved. I have received no answer of course because they already have my money, and double the shipping price. It’s too bad for them, as they would have received multiple orders from the vendors at the car show if the decal was high quality. Next time I’ll stick to a Canadian distributor.

First, read the complaints before this one and you will get the point. These folks have no values, ethics, or scruples. I seriously believe they are bots. They seem to have canned answers to key words. They do not allow a telephone conversation. They want me to pay them half of the **** I have already paid them to fix THEIR mistakes. These folks are terrible. I would rather walk through holly bushes than deal with them. Had to cancel my credit card because of them. Flush the toilet.

WOW..not a good wow but one more like I just experienced the Twight Zone, or a bad dream! I ordered a foam backed poster, it was well made and delivered on time, but also a poster I canceled ( which I have email proof of) was delivered anyhow and charged to my credit card, I also have emails from them stating just that. Yep charged me for their mistake and informed me it's policy. They ask me to cut it into 4 pieces, the poster, frame and plastic, photograph it and send the photo to them, because they have no return policy, none, no way to return an order. Please beware that I have had to write 6 emails and have not been refunded, only ordered to destroy and photograph, which could happen to you also. Really a wierd business practice. Most businesses have return policies. If you order from them you may face what I faced and they Poster Burner will drive you crazy. I almost think they enjoy doing this to customers, because they don't care about customer needs or finances, they only care about their company and its weak policies. Seriously beware of Poster Burner, and never buy until you are sure about return policies. Never Poster Burner again Suncerly An Ohio Veteran
