    I am a poor college student who doesn't even have $100 to my name let alone give them $750 plus my title for my totaled car. I dont have a car to even drive up 40 miles and give them my title. how is this legal? If i dont pay...are they gonna *** me? for what? ruin my credit? someone who has been trying to make a living and contribute to society doesn't even have enough money to eat now.

    Tow trucks arrive at our property in the evening. Tow truck drivers are unprofessional. I believe they are incentivized to appear in the evening to tow vehicles (see difference between patrol and monitor). Management companies authorize patrol. Never patrolling during the day. Drivers check for parking tags and seem to stalk specific vehicles. Have driven through lot many times with total disregard for tenants and being on private property. Note: management leaves our gates open and says they are broken. Makes one wonder about kickbacks to the management company for allowing the tow company to let themselves in at any time. Unmarked tow trucks.
