    On 08/24/23 Car was towed from Motel 6 in Midvale near 7200 S. I found out at 4:00pm and went to Front office of Motel 6. I got address and phone # **** * *** * ###-###-####. Got down their approx. 4:50pm. Called # and waited for someone. Lady showed up, I saw my car and the drivers back bumper was damaged with tail pipe. She said no damage, you did damage. I showed her how fresh the damage was, she called her towing driver Marcus ###-###-#### he wouldn't pick up. I told her I wanted her insurance company, she refused, she said no insurance. I told her I would take car and not pay her. She said, would discount $183 from 383 and pay 200 now or sue her. I paid $200 and took car. On 08/25/23 went back to watch my kids for my X at Motel 6 and talked to front office and found out that the owners son and a security guard was there and witnessed the towing and damaging of my car. The ramp from tow truck smashed into the bumper. I have been trying to get them to give a statement from them, but they have refused. Said for me to deal with the towing company, but she refused. I only have lability insurance and they said I could file a claim but would not promise my insurance won't go up. I don't want to do that. This is wrong, her insurance should pay for this, and if this is happening to me how many other people has she done this to.. This is wrong. Also I asked to receipt, she said no invoice, would text me later.. I got invoice later on the 24 of Aug approx. 10:00pm.
