    I like the product but trying to get a response from customer support is impossible. I had a very productive session with someone, who was incredible, from the Kailo Concierge Program and discussed my defective patch. I sent it back and never received a replacement patch. I also wanted to take advantage of the 45% discount and order another patch with 10 adhesive strips the the Kailo Concierge offered, but now I'm not interested as I never heard back from anyone.

    Purchased patches. Gave them a good faith try. Did little to alleviate my family's pain, so I checked Kailo's site for instructions on how to initiate a return/refund. There is nothing on the site to initiate a return/refund, except a blurb telling buyers to "contact Support at GoKailo.io". So I have. Three times. I am still waiting to hear HOW to get a refund. I have heard nothing from a Kailo rep. I have, however, been inundated with automated annoying drip campaign emails littering my in box. Had I known about Kailo's absence of customer support, I never would have ordered their products. Put simply: It appears Kailo dropped some cash on ******* ads to do a sales blitz, but has no infrastructure in place for the fallout of complaints and/or returns. I have eaten it with Kailo so you don't have to. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KAILO LABS. I'm sure some poor hourly Kailo employee will respond to this complaint below. They will probably sound contrite and professional -- like they're "reaching out" to me to make this better. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. DO NOT BUY FROM KAILO.

    Hi *****,We received your message yesterday and return instructions were given to you. I will post them here in case you missed them:Attached below you will find our return authorization form. Please print it, fill it out, and return it along with the 4 Kailo patch(es) and any unused adhesives from the box(es) as well as the unopened 5-pack of adhesives to the address on the form. You do not need to send any of the rest of the package or packaging. The form, the patch(es), and the adhesives should fit in an envelope, just make sure you have it weighed at the post office to see if it needs more than one stamp. Or, preferably, you may return your order through the post office or another carrier so that you have a tracking number. Please note that all Kailos must be returned, including free ones, in order to receive a full refund. Partial returns will receive partial refunds. Your return authorization number is SBA230314009. Once we receive and evaluate your return, we will issue your refund accordingly (this process can take up to 5 business days). It then can take 3-5 business days for credit cards and 5-7 days for PayPal to show the credit on your account.This information was provided along with help on finding good placement for pain relief.     I love my new patches. I got one, then ordered 2 more. The pain relief is amazing. I move the patches around my body to calm down the pain because it will never go away due to my disorder. I cant express how grateful I am for these things. I wear them all day. I wash the sticky side with warm water and it gets sticky again. If there is cream/oil/etc on skin it will deteriorate the sticky so make sure skin is clean. I use the ** tape pieces to hold it in place for awkward places or to prevent it from falling off due to rubbing from clothing. I would like it in a bodysuit if your taking suggestions!     A relative sent me an ad for Kailo as she has been trying to help me address the pain I constantly am in. I researched it and decided to buy 5 for myself and Christmas gifts. I found they helped me with my back and neck pain. I am still trying to figure out how to use it to get rid of my migraines. The other four I gave out were success stories. Every single person was relieved from years of pain. They truly do work!

    I am so happy to read that you and your family and friends are feeling relief using Kailo. Migraines can be a bit tricky. Here is the protocol the inventors of the technology suggest for migraines. Place the Kailo on the area of pain for your migraine and hold it there. Often, the pain will move to a different part of your head. Follow the movement and put the Kailo on the new location. If the migraine moves again, follow it again. When the pain eases, hold the Kailo against the base of your skull where your neck meets your hairline. Leave it there for 3-5 minutes. With head placement we don't recommend using the adhesive. Hold the Kailo in place with a headband or a ball cap. All the best!!

    I been using it for leg pain and it has been amazing. No pain my only concern is the adhesive not as easy to apply as the video shows and doesnt always stick that good. Beside that I will but more

    After reading the responses from Kaila customer service, I m choosing not to purchase this product. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and would never talk to anyone or handle any of these situations as unprofessionally as this company does. There was no attempt whatsoever to apologize and/or compensate for any inconvenience these customers faced.

    I would like tp know if Kailo patch would help me. I have had 2 spinal fusions and 2 lamenectomies. So you think it would help me? I am, most of the time, in constant pain.
