    Received an email stating I had an invoice that would run concurrent every month. Do NOT know anything about this company and should not have any charges. Asking me to download file for invoice.     Thank you for getting in touch. Qualtrics provides a self-service platform whereby the individual or company using the services would be the entity that sent you the email. That being said, our platform is typically not used for payment purposes. We would advise that no payment be made unless you are familiar with the request.

    Qualtrics is a platform that supports, or is in fact an entity, or is paid by entities that commit or attempts to commit fraudulent phishing and internet financial crimes. Emailed by them to inform me that my credit card had been falsely billed with a recurring charge of ****** with an additional ***** service charge.Reported to the *** and U.S. ************************************* internet financial crimes division.

    This is a copy of the email I received.  This was not related to any survey but a notification that I was being billed for some unknown service.  I have omitted that it was addressed to my email and the attached file for the online receipt..

    I am rejecting this response because:  They did not answer my question.  They suggested I contact the individual or company that sent me the email. That would be Qualtrics.  I do not intend to pay for services when I do not know what they are or did not receive.  I just want to know what I am being billed for.

    Again, I find it to be very suspicious that you would contact me and request that I keep everything a secret. I have attached a copy of that as well. You stated that You do surveys but I would like to know who you're doing this survey on behalf of.

    As an organization, we pay a lot of money to use this service for our Employee Engagement Surveys. The amount of bugs, issues, lack of usability, and issues contacting support make it nearly impossible to do our jobs efficiently and effectively with Qualtrics. I just want the job to be finished and the bugs to be sorted out and have a functional product to use.
