      Had two different experiences with customer service. What stands out the most is the the expertise of everyone I dealt with. They understand and care about their products and therefore can be a true assistance when you call in. Everyone I interacted with had a great customer centric attitude.

      My Knife was stolen, from right in front of my house .I called up to see what I should do. There where so extremely helpful...I must admit, I was extremely upset...they worked with me..Im getting another one sent out in a week... They went way beyond ,what other companies would do.
