  Back in March 2023, we had almost 3 feet of snow when they came to my house. I told them I didn't want service for that day because they wouldn't be able to spray the foundation. There was just too much snow ??. The young man said "ok" then left. I was still charged $156 dollars on my credit card!!Frustrated ?? to say the least!

  I can't express this enough,don't accept service from this company. This company lacks communication and the service,I paid for.You never see them come and spray,just a postcard is left behind.I didn't notice any reduction in the insect population,around my house.I paid for a service that was very unsatisfying and I decided to stop paying.Now I get calls,texts and emails stating that my contract will be sent to collections.Nobody should feel forced to keep paying a company,you're not satisfied with.You're a con,plain and simple! You create a contract that provides what you need from your customers,not what your customers need from you.

  I had a green yard till they sprayed it now all I have is dirt and they don't let you cancel. The last time they came the guy was there for 30 seconds,then the guy sit in his truck and ate his lunch. They are a bunch of jerks. ********************** on them I would love to give them a ? 0 .oh and still have bug's

  Dang it. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to hiring these guys. I tried to cancel due to incomplete service rendered and they keep charging me! They said I had to pay 278 to cancel and I said okay but then someonecame and sprayed (although my gate was locked? And there were ************* in the snow? ) and now they say it is 400 to cancel?

  Nomo provides absolutely horrible service and products. Communication is unprofessional and minimal at best while they give excuse after excuse for their service and lack of products as promised in their agreement. I wouldnt recommend them at all and would encourage people to look elsewhere for high quality pest control.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. I signed up for Nomo in May 2022. My initial contact with company was great. They were kind, informative and answered all my questions. Got a discount which brought our monthly total to $109.00. First service was great until we noticed it wasn't making a difference with the bugs. They came out for a re-service around 30 days later and we did notice less bugs but still a lot. 3rd service the technician showed up, did not close my gate afterward. My dogs got out and it took us 3 hours to find them.. called Nomo to let supervisor know. My next service was scheduled for Monday November 15th. We were previously informed we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to service to let us know they were on their way. We did not receive this call. Technician showed up at 12:00, knocked on the door, walked away 1 minute later and got in vehicle. My husband pulled up to the house at 12:05 and technician was still sitting in his car. I let my husband know to please go tell him I want the inside of my house done because bugs were still present. Technician had already left. Called company at 12:15 to ask why technician left. Notes were left by technician that service was completed and ***** were swept. We have cameras and can verify this did not happen. No service was completed. They proceeded to charge my account $109. Was told I would receive a call by the end of the day by a supervisor. That did not happen. Called again and spoke with ****** who said all sups were gone for the day and she guaranteed I would receive a call the following day. Did not receive a call. Called again around 4 and was once again guaranteed a call the following day. Finally got a call 2 days later and supervisor was less than helpful. Nothing she could do. Not re-funding my money, would cancel services but was charging me $230 to do so. Kept saying I could get a "re-service" when no service was provided initially. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DISHONEST AND HORRIBLE WORK.

  This company is a fraud they offer a service that doesnt not work. They offer me to exterminate the pest in first spray and they just sprayed around the house first 2 times they charged me $289 and I call them to cancel this services and they says they will charge another $200 for canceling . I am stil dealing with the pest. I dot not recommend this company at all they just steal your money

  Had them for a year--Started off with a good tech then had another one who wasn't. Called and requested the original guy and they said he quit.They came hours after their scheduled time and didn't tell us/leave a note. I ended up sitting on the back steps not realizing they had sprayed and broke out in full body Hives at six weeks pregnant and had to go to urgent care and get a steroid shot. Called and requested they let me know when they are there before spraying/beginning service and they still did it again a couple months later but luckily I didn't touch it.They send reminders every once in an while but the do Not show up when they say they will be here.Voles ruined our new landscaping within two weeks!! They said they were out of the bare for them and would come back but never came back to do it the whole time we had Nomo.Wasps by kids playsets--claimed they sprayed but she got stung a couple days later by a wasp.Ants everywhere even though they claim to treat that.Mosquito treatment has helped but still have them.When transferred to manager after requesting a refund, said they don't guarantee treatment--they just do their best. Offered me half off for the next year. Even though when they knocked on my door a year ago they guaranteed they would fix my issues I had, including voles. No thanks, canceled and my new place has solved my issues in first treatment.
