  BBB rates this company A+, but with these reviews it should be an F. All of the complaints that have been listed is what we have expirenced. As well as others in our community.Deceptive practices, bad customer service and products that don't work.Stay away from this company as you will end up ****** a large cancelation and possible other fees. Along with no pest control.

  This company talked my husband who is 80, into this service. After I found out about it, I told him to cancel . He did not. They came and sprayed two days ago and told my husband that it was ok to let our 9 month old puppy out on the lawn in couple hours. When I got home later that day, our puppy was drooling excessively and her front paws were all wet. I called the vet. We took her in and $300 later with a prescription, **** dog food , a shot of ********, washing out her mouth. The next day went back to the vet for blood work. Another $200! I called this company and they told me that its the manufacture of the products responsibly and to call them. They gave me their number. I then called the manufacturer and they said thet it was Nomos responsibility. I called Nomo back and the didnt even know what the safety data sheets were and refused to take responsibility!! Then they blocked my number. I called on my husbands phone and they answered. I told them to cancel our contract. They said they would if I pd $298. I told them to pay our vet bill and I would gladly pay them. They told my their legal team would be reaching out to us. That hasnt happened! They refused to talk to me anymore! If you use this company beware of pets on the lawn. They are the worse company *** ever worked with!

  We are a small community. What we were sold and what is actually happening are two different things.. My specific experience is as follows. I was told that the initial service would be ****** and quarterly we would have them come back for *****. I have a card that states the service is guaranteed and if we saw any other issues to call and the service would be free. I called 2 weeks later and they setup someone to come out to redo the areas and issues we saw that were not infact fixed. They charged me over 100 for this service. It was not free. I called and was told I requested a service call not someone to inspect and fix the issues. This is NOT what I requested. the customer service manager just kept saying his services are guaranteed but I requested a service. I feel that they misrepresented what the will do and no follow up service for continuing issues is not free. I immediately cancelled my service as I am unwilling to do business with this company. My mother who lives next door also had the same issue as I did above.

  My neighbor got scam big time they came to my door first but did not answer as they knocked beating door then another day they came and I was outside they first gave me a price of ***** then when I said no and then they said they will do it for ***** and still said no I do my own yard then they asked if was about the money I said no so they offer to do it for for free the first time then after that it would be ***** dollars my neighbor is 77 years old and a day sleeper as she she works nights she was half asleep and talked her into it as she just wanted to go back to sleep and when she did get charged different amounts then she cancel they took out ****** something needs to be done with this company

  What a dishonest company. They only give you three days to cancel the contract after you sign it. The service was terrible, I have more bugs and spiders in my home after they treated. The traps they left for rodents, have not caught a single thing, instead I have had to use my own means to catching rodents in my home. When I tried to cancel my contract, they are holding me liable for the entire year. Do not use this company, as they will not back their service.

  This company is so dishonest, do not fall prey to them. They are not up front about the first spray is putting you into a one-year contract with them. they never mention this is a one-year contract. then if you cancel they charge you $250 for the cancelation. I never received a contract or any kind of agreement from them. Beware this company has had 36 complaints filed with the BBB in the past three years. they are deceitful, dishonest, and are scammers. Stay away from Nomo Pest Solutions out of ****, *****I am a senior citizen who is disabled, an amputee. I don't even own the property I live on. Their saying the little piece of paper I initialed constituted a contract. But I never received a copy of the contract or agreement. I believe Utah law states if both parties don't sign at the same time and both parties don't receive the contract and agreement at the signing then it is null and void. This stress is affecting my health. If there are any attorneys out there who can help I would be so grateful.

  *************************** came out to my residence with a smile on his face and was eager to work. He made it very comfortable for me to tell him my long list of concerns and issues. He did the work and also advised me on what not to do for a specific time period thereafter. He was exceptionally professional, caring and knowledgeable!

  I received very dishonest service and business practices from Nomo. The sales professional did a great job but they did not deliver at all. Upon cancelling after completion of 12 months, they refused to cancel my account although the technician acknowledged that it would be my last treatment at my home. The customer service rep acknowledged that it would be my last service. They continued to charge my credit card but never came out to service my home. When I asked them to honor the services for the payment they deducted, they refused to and stated I requested my account to be closed. I am flabbergasted by the unethical and dishonest service I received. After searching through ****** Reviews, I came to realize that I am not the only person to be swindled by ****. I can't believe they are continuing to try to charge me an additional $204.

  This company does not care about the customer, every time they should perform the service that you are scheduled for they just want to treat your outside, but not make it convenient For you to be available to get the inside of your home treated. They charge your credit card as soon as they treat the outside. I would recommend anyone not to use this company. They are a total rip off. I am a senior citizen and they totally take advantage of the elderly by making their service sound good and it is not.

  In August 2023 nomo pest came to my house, they let flyer on door did not service me. Trying charge me now and saying if not paid they charge 10 month there after. Thing is my contract been up there no agreement with them what so ever. There ripping people off, they want me pay for it when wasn't serviced. I complained and they still trying to make me pay. Ther crooks.
