We ordered a ring and it came in the wrong size. So I sent it back and and had to confirm several times we ordered an 8. The person the ring was for measures a 7.5 too btw, an 8 was for ease and comfort. This process took 3 months. It came back even smaller the second time! What's worse is that they tried to blame us for the sizing issue. It isn't us, we measured twice with their own sizers and once more by a professional.Manly Bands, LLC

What a horrible company. My fiancé ordered a special ring for our wedding in honor of his late father 6 weeks ago (order lead time is 4-6 weeks per manly bands site). His father served is a decorated Korean War vet who fought in tanks so he wanted the ring made from a Sherman tank so a little piece of his dad could be with us at our wedding. We are waiting on this ring to arrive in order to leave for our wedding. They just sent him 2 messages, one asking for his size (he gave this his size 6 weeks ago), and another saying they don’t have his size. We were expecting the ring to have shipped by now. What have they been doing for the last 6 weeks and if they end up not being able to get this ring within the promised window we won’t have it by the wedding and this was supposed to be in memory of his late father. This really meant a lot to us and manly bands is ruining it. I don’t recommend doing business with this company!Manly Bands, LLC

I purchased a ring from them for my fiancé and he didn't like how bulky it was on his finger. (My fault, I chose it as a surprise) I started the return process and re packaged it how they requested and after about a week I hadn't heard anything. I reached out to them to see the status of my return and they emailed me back within minutes and refunded me. I did not have any of the issues any of these other reviews are commenting on. I have been trying to get an exchange processed and it took 1 week initially to get someone to respond to my concerns, with that response I was given 0 opportunity to ask follow up questions or concerns. I followed the instructions put my ring in the mail with their shipping label on sep 7th, the system was supposedly suppose to update once it saw the order was in the mail and on the way so that I could then have the option to update the ring size if needed as well. It is now the 18th, I have received no follow up email. I waited 1 week after putting the ring in the mail before reaching out to customer service and now I’m going on almost 2 weeks waiting on an update to try to figure out what’s going on and get my ring size adjusted and possibly swap the ring out for a different one. The phone number also may as well not exist. You try to call and get some on the line but no one every answers, no matter what time of day you call. It is borderline impossible to reach customer service to the point I’ve had to resort to writing this review just to try to get noticed and try to get help. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Why are you guys making me jump through all these hoops just to get a little customer service? I’m being as patient as I can but I think we can agree, no response in almost 2 weeks that’s not a robotic response is unacceptable.Manly Bands, LLC

This company is a scam. I ordered my fiancés wedding band six weeks ago and have received no update on the order status. The website says certain rings are made to order and can take up to six weeks to manufacture followed by four day expedited shipping. I waited six weeks and have no update on the progress of my order. No update on manufacturing progress or shipping. I have tried calling the number on their website and no one answers. I have tried the chat option on their website and get an automated response that gives me tracking information that only says “unfulfilled”. I have tried email and also get an automated response for the same tracking information. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM! If this is not a scam it is most certainly horrible customer service and if that’s the case they could have avoided this review with basic good communication. I have documented my attempts to contact and disputed the charge with my bank. I just want to warn others so they don’t get scammed $500 like I did.Manly Bands, LLC

We have been in contact with customer and sent a follow up response to notify customer that our Shipping team was sending out the order on 8/21/23. They advertise free returns or exchanges, but after being unhappy with the look of my ring (which is fine, happens with online shopping) I didn't trust the pictures enough to exchange it for something else. Upon initiating a return I learned they charge you $30 if you request your money back; it's only free if you're willing to take store credit.Review fromSamantha W

My Husbands ring broke into 3 pieces after only 16 months. I emailed them and sent them a picture showing them how low quality the ring we purchased was and was not offered a solution since it was over a year since I bought it. Very disappointed. A well made ring should last longer.Manly Bands, LLC

We haven't heard from the customer in regards to which resolution they would prefer. Manly bands has absolutely tarnished my engagement with their inability to run a business. Thank goodness their company is at least quick to issue refunds. They provide zero communication on the status of the order. After hearing nothing and waiting for my items to ship, I finally reached out for an update. When I reached out after hitting the 6 weeks we were told it could take they told us it would be another 4 weeks till we received our rings. Unfortunately when we finally received the rings, one was too big because despite ordering rings for women we were given the mens ring sizer and it did not go low enough to confirm the size. They sent us a link for the refund and their email stated that we would receive an email when the returned ring was in the mail. 4 months later without hearing anything we asked for the status only to realize they never asked us for the replacement ring size- which you would expect a company would ask when you tell them you are replacing the ring because it is too big but according to customer service "it is not possible to get the size during the return process" So while they havent figured out how to integrate that into their system, their system also failed to prompt us for a ring size, and they had no checks or balances to realize they had an order with no size for weeks. The worst part- when I reached out they had the AUDACITY to make it sound like it was my fault "for not realizing that they did not receive the size information" despite them never asking for it like they said they would and there being no place to check if they have it. Our engagement was pushed back months and now the one ring we have from manly bands I do no even want to wear because it reminds me of how unorganized and stressful they are.
