    They were manipulative when I tried to get a refund. First telling me to take measurements , then measurements with photos then saying i could keep sweater and they would refund me if I write a good review . I didnt want to lie nor did I want their sweater. ******** customer service . Cheap clothing . What a nightmare

    Do NOT order from this company. They are horrible and have strung us along after a few months, promising a refund that never came after multiple attempts to follow-up. The product that arrived is HORRIBLE quality. They should be taken out of business. I hope they arent around much longer as I loathe when companies dont abide by their product and basically lie.

    My husband and I just received our rings yesterday. I ordered during black Friday 2024 to benefit from the sale. Yes, it was a bit longer wait due to customizing for a size not listed. Small businesses I like to support. I felt with the handmade uniqueness and quality (the rings are gorgeous and fit perfectly) the cost was worth it! These pieces of art will be for our 20th wedding anniversary this summer and I wanted to surprise my husband with something unique and these are perfect. I am wary about buying anything online as I am so nervois about all the potential scams out there The payment was taken right away, and that made me nervous, but I emailed updating them about my sizing needs, to please keep me updated (which was me following up via email to them) albeit Christmas and New Years delayed that. Once I emailed to a new contact of theirs (vs responding to a previous email of mine they had already responded to) and so I did not get a response back which was frustrating. I went back in my emails and stuck with my original response from them, and from there it was, usually within 24 hrs) easy to contact them and stay in touch. Depending on when you need your ring(s) give yourself enough wiggle room time wise just in case. These pieces of art are exquisite and worth the wait! Beautiful craftsmanship!

    Atrocious. In less than 48 hours the ring that we purchased had scratches from almost no use. We contacted their customer support and ***** had no empathy, instead telling me that their products scratch and that the warranty doesn't cover that. What a disgrace. They sell cheap, poor quality products that they advertise as high quality rings, at expensive prices, and do not back them up. ***** was horrible to work with and offered no resolutions because we had exchanged a different item for sizing reasons. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. They are fraudulent.

    Very poor quality on poor excuse for a 'jacket'. Thin and awful fabric. Only had a zipper on ONE SIDE! Who does this??? i have been trying for over a month to get a refund of $75. They are terrible to work with. Now they are completely ignoring my emails. If i could give negative stars, i would.

    **** WEBSITE with ******** business practice and Terrible customer service. I bought two jackets. Despite their description, one of the jackets was very thin and very poor quality. It did not fit either and was clearly a size or two too small. I contacted them for store credit to exchange. They asked for photos of the jacket which I sent them. They replied that they "cannot refund because their description was correct". This is unacceptable and basically robbery. I would encourage everyone to spread the word that manly is a shady, criminal organization out to ******* good people. F- rating.

    The only reason Mainly is getting 1 star from me is because Zero isn't an option. Shirts run small. Way small. And if you need to return or exchange? Forget about it. You'll be conversing with someone who plays games and strings you along to the point where you give up and accept your loss. Horrible. They should be embarrassed . But hey, the got me for 100 00 so I guess that's all that matters to them. You've been warned

    This was the worst online experience ever. When I received my order, all the sizes were WRONG! I requested to return the items for correct sizing and was told to send a pic of the items, which I did. Then I was told that the items "looked just like our ad" and therefore there would be no refund (which I never asked for, I just wanted to return the items and get the right sizes). Save yourself the anguish, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their "Hi there" response is posted all over the internet which means it's their boiler plate response....boiler plate for "We here you but we DO NOT CARE! But, please take a 40% discount for our c*** and keep ordering like the mindless customer we need you to be...we got warehouses of this #%@& and got to get it unloaded."

    Manly Shirt is horrible, sizes are all wrong, cheap quality, poor customer service and super super slow delivery.
