ZAGG customers be aware of *********************** policy. On Dec 15, 2024 I had the invisible shield replaced on my Apple watch. On Jan 3, 2025, I went to Zaggs counter to complained the invisible shield had lifted. I was informed ** have to pay another $10 fee because Zagg ONLY gives the customer 7 days for a free replacement and my 7 days had elapsed. I feel this is UNJUST. I was not informed about their replacement policy and furthermore, the invisible shield should have lasted more than 19 days. I feel their policy should be explained.ZAGG, Inc.

You might not be aware, but local resellers and kiosks are independently owned and operated and do not have any affiliation with ZAGG **** Their refund/return policies are not the same as **************************, along with any fees they charge. Our understanding is that their return policies should be posted on their receipts when a purchase is made and or posted out in plain sight. We are very sorry if you were not made aware of what you should do if the InvisibleShield they installed begins to lift. We recommend that you reach out to the store manager and let them know how you feel. Store managers are often very understanding and just like any business they want to do right by their customers. I like their products, but I don't recommend buying directly from their website.I've bought 10+ products from this company. In general I feel that they produce good products. If you do buy from them, I recommend buying from a third party source like in a store or from ******. The reason is that returns are a major issue. I recently bought a screen protector and case for a new iPad Air. The screen protector was very easy to correctly install which I liked. The case was a combined case and keyboard. As soon as I put it on, I realized that it would not allow me to use the Touch ID due to the case blocking access so I couldn't get enough of my finger on the button for it to detect. Also, the product description didn't tell me that the case/keyboard would quadruple the weight of the iPad. So tried to send back. They had given me free shipping (due to the cost of the items) but no free shipping for returns. Tried to return to a local Zagg retailer in *******, but they wouldn't do it. So I had to pay $30 shipping to send it back. Bottom line, I like their products, but won't buy directly from them because of the customer service issues.ZAGG, Inc.

I did get my refund after I sent the item back. While the case I bought was not what I wanted, I have generally been happy with ZAGG products. I only contacted you via this format because there was no way to contact you otherwise via your website. I subsequently received a survey 1 day after sending this comment. I was so excited to get my Zagg Rugged case for my new iPad as my husband previously had one and I loved it. It arrived the same day as my iPad so I was pleased until that night when I was trying to get the case on. I spent my whole evening trying to put my case on almost breaking my new iPad just to find out that they had actually sent me the wrong case. I immediately messaged and got an automated email. I still didnt hear back the next day so I put in another ticket- no response. Finally I called in and got somewhere at least. They arent rush shipping it instead during peak Christmas are sending it the same speed I got the first one. On top of that, I have to go out of my way to return their mess up. Not a big deal maybe if I didnt work 40+ hours a week and am 5 weeks away from having my baby. Super annoying and not at all impressed.ZAGG, Inc.

Your re-fulfillment order was placed on December 19th, and shipped on December 20th, and delivered on December 23rd, 2024. We can confirm we also emailed you with a return shipping label so returning the incorrect item will be our expense, but yes, we are asking you to send the incorrect keyboard back to us. Perhaps someone you trust can run that errand for you as we surely do not want to cause you anymore frustration or stress. They make you pay for shipping when they should cover the whole warranty process. Screen protector broke after 6 hrs and phone was never dropped or anything. Very bad customer service. Not worth the $20 in the first place. Dont recommend buyingZAGG, Inc.

ZAGG American Dream I came to this site because I saw that it had very good ratings but I regret too much having given them a chance. I arrived with an iPhone 14 Pro Max with the back glass broken. They told me yes, they would fix it, that I would leave the cell phone and they would call me when it was ready. It took more than 3 hours and when I returned everything was apparently fine, then at home I began to notice that not only had they changed the broken glass on the back but they also changed the original screen for a fake one, the image quality was horrible and on top of that the charge did not last even 1 hour since I investigated and realized that they changed the original battery and the original screen when the only damage the cell phone had was the back glass and they did not tell me absolutely anything, unfortunately my cell phone was damaged and did not work anymore I had to buy a new one but they were very dishonest I simply do not recommend this ******** this date 11/16 /2024ZAGG, Inc.

Zagg used to be a good company, but **** is not the case now. A warranty is not a warranty if you have to pay for it. If a product fails and you provide a lifetime or other warranty, it is the companies product that failed you. Why should you have to pay anything. Their warranty is a scam. I bought a $20 screen protector that is now chipped, not due to a drop but it occured during the installation. I tried to file a claim, and surprisingly they have none of these in stock, but I can put my name on a list to be notified or I can pay more do get a different, more expensive screen protector. In either case, I have to pay $10 in shipping, which is half of my original purchase price at *******. If you choose to wait until the item is back in stock, don't hold your breath because that time will never come. They count on most people just giving up, or paying them even more money for a more expensive product plus anotehr $10 in shipping. Don't believe all of the bull about, we charge you $10 to get your product safely to you and all the other c*** I plan to notifiy the ************************ as this is no better than the extended auto warranties that cover everything on the car, except the parts that might fail and if a part that fails is actually on the list, they will not cover it because a non-covered part "caused" the covered part to fail. I recently purchased a ************** Snap Case with a kickstand through my local T-Mobile dealer when I bought the phone. I have had the case less than a month when the kickstand broke. I have been trying to do the online warranty replacement but I keep getting the "circulating wheel of death" indicating that the website freezes on step 4 to initiate the delivery of the replacement. Maybe there is a problem with the website and return sequencing, but if that is so, they should say that on their website or when you call customer service I have called customer service to no avail and after telling me to use the website, just hangs up on me. It has been the most frustrating customer experience I have ever had with a consumer branded product and instead of wasting another few hours of my time, I will just buy another brand and be done with Zagg in the ********* the way, I have had Zagg products for many years and the customer service was very good a few years ago. I bought a pixel 9 pro and pixel watch 3. Ordered the Xtr3 screen protector for my pro. It's quite remarkable but should be for $60 . Also ordered a zagg glass elite 360 protection fory pixel watch 3. It broke upon removing to clear some dirt out after washing hands. Went to the website and paid $5 dollar upgrade fee to get the fusion screen protector and $10 for shipping. After the 48 hour window the product still had bubbles under it. Went back to website to get a replacement. Paid $10 more dollars for shipping and received. Applied exactly the way I was instructed in package with application tray exactly as I did the prior time after cleaning with supplied wipe and removing dust . Same thing happened. Adhered to my watch and had small bubbles everywhere underneath. Talked to someone in customer service named ******** that assured me she would help me with the $10 shipping charge and never responded to email she originally sent. I wouldn't buy anything from this company again for my Pixel watch as it's a big waste of money. However all my zagg products for my pixel pro were very nice.ZAGG, Inc.

Ordered a warranty replacement screen protector for my phone, paid the $10 (+tax) shipping fee. It has been in transit for 12 days, 11 of which it has been in the same location. Their customer service chat bot was useless. I ended up buying a different (trusted) brand. Very disappointing that there is no way to reach a live agent at any point. Of note, this is the 2nd time I've used Zagg, and the 2nd time their product failed. I'll stick with the other brand that's been tried and true for me for over a decade.ZAGG, Inc.

Purchased a $59.99 XTR4 on *****. Not even ******************************************************** any other item of force right above the front camera of the iPhone. There is no customer service to talk to other than the automated chat. They want to charge you $9.99 at the lowest which they are profiting off of their free warranty For you to make all these claims of how strong it is and not last more than a day is dishonest. You cant even leave a review on the site from where I can tell so theyre artificially boosting their rating. I read allot of their responses on here which even blame the customer for being mad so I just want to make sure people see the absolute c*** they are peddling.ZAGG, Inc.
