    Ive been a loyal ZAGG customer over the years, but the ********************** XTR3 has been a major letdown. Ive had to replace it three times in just six months due to cracking and peeling with normal use (keys in my pocket, and the guide that was provided did not align the screen protector properly). For a product marketed as high-end screen protection, the quality and durability are simply not there. Its frustrating and disappointing to see such a decline in reliability from a brand *** trusted for years. I can no longer recommend this product. I would post a screenshot of my purchase history to show proof, but zagg's website won't allow it.

    Thank you for providing us with your feedback regarding the XTR3 InvisibleShield for your Apple iPhone 15 Pro. We can certainly understand your concerns and frustrations. The XTR3 is a very good product based on reviews from our customers, and what you have described is not a flaw. The InvisibleShield is not made to be in an enclosed space with other items, such as pants pockets with keys and change. This will certainly cause the InvisibleShield to crack and begin to peel much faster than would be expected. We would much rather have the InvisibleShield crack before your phone screen which is what it is intended to do. Keeping that in mind, we have customers who replace their ********************** monthly or every few months. You have replaced your InvisibleShield on September 4th, 2024, February 6th, 2025 & May 14th, 2025. While we understand your frustration, there might be a different product you might like to try. We do provide options to change to a different product when you are walking through the warranty process. We offer the following: Hybrid Glass Glass Elite Glass Elite Anit-Glare Glass Elite Visionguard Glass Privacy Elite 360 Glass Elite Privacy There is typically a fee to change to a different product, which is usually the price difference between the products, but as a one-time exception we will waive that fee for you. After it is installed, try laying it face down so gravity will help it stick even better to the watch or phone face, you can also lay something heavy like a book on top to help it along. 4. If there is a case, do not install it on the phone/watch for 24 hours to help minimize the chance of the case pushing up the InvisibleShield itself.     Spent 80$ on a privacy screen for my iPhone 16 pro max. Not even 3 days later I had it in my pocket. Pulled it out and it was cracked all the way across. Im assuming from bumping something else in my pocket. **** to get a warranty and theyre charging 10-20$ for shipping in the **. Incredibly over priced for the quality. I wont even be getting the warranty Im just going with another brand. Do not buy this from and phone store. Or at all for that matter. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

    Worst experience ever with the shipping! I ordered my replacement screen April 28th it says i wont get my screen tell may 8th it didn't ship for a whole week if I would have know this i would have just went with someone else and best believe once this screen messes up i WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have read the reviews before I ordered the screen i wish I would have yea the screen is 5$ but the shipping is 15$! What in the world takes that long to me thats bad service so yea im letting everyone know if u do get a replacement i hope you dont need it ASAP dont contact me back you can't fix this im super frustrated about it and im not paying over 30$ for you guys to ship it quick and before you say ohh we'll it takes long to ship no I do shipping on my buissnes and it does not take that long. Beware dont use this company you'll be better off going somewhere else my Amazon screen protector lasted long then this piece of crap!.

    Within 10 minutes of having a professional put on the zagg screen protector it had a chunk missing and spider webbing cracks. I didnt even drop it. I paid $60 for it at *******. This is the biggest rip off. This company should not be able to get away with this. I went to the mall and for $20 I got a screen protector that is so much better and hasnt cracked despite even dropping a few times.

    I wont even give them one star. This business is a rip off and they are misleading the customers, saying that we can pay higher price once and get a life ***lacement screen protection. I purchase the screen protection on February 18. 2025 and within a month the screen cracked (i didn't even drop the phone). i put it inside my purse and all the sudden it was cracked. I went to the authorized retail **** and they told me i have to order the screen protection which I went online and they were charging $9.99 shipping and to take it to a store to change it it will be $15.00. So I called Zagg customer service today on 4/28/2025 and the *** was NOT helpful. This is totally a scam. I want my money back of the total purchase of the product $69.55. I truly hope that you guys open an investigation about this company.

    IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Such a shame i wasted my money on this c*** This is the worst company and WORST product out there. Zagg customer service is by far the Bottom of the barrel. The warranty is a scam! ***** out more money for what. What a joke. Getting help is a hassle!! Glass is Cheap, Flimsy, Subpar. Very poor quality! If you like expensive magic tricks then sure it Breaks WithOut even dropping your phone. And the representatives are rude, dismissive of your concerns, and totally unprofessional. I was told No you cant speak to a supervisor/manager. I even called back to speak to someone else and was told to wait on hold...Only for them to waste your time. They never pick up the call or even call back. Shipping also took 40days and 40nights. I rather spend my money with the prime guy! I am not alone in this feeling of gross dissatisfaction. Hundreds of people have been misled and swindled by this company. I smell a class action brewing!

    I love their products for my iPhone but in the past 2 weeks Ive had Best Buy ship my 2 protectors for my new watch and neither one worked well at all. The first one came off the day after I put it on and I just now installed the second one and its already pealing on one edge. I tried the ultra eco plant based shield but I will never use it again.Also, if you have never used a ZAGG protector, dont count on the instructions to be of any help. The are terrible!!

    Warranty is a SCAM... only used to keep you buying the product. I waited months for a replacement just for it to crack within days of being put on. Not once was it dropped or bumped into anything. All it did was be in the same pocket as my keys. Overall, this product is very faulty and has no protection for your screen in the long run. This company really needs to invest into their products more and stop delivering c*** productions to their consumers. DO BETTER and please just refund me at this point, I no longer want your replacements.

    Warranty sounds great at first, but there are more cost effective brands that work just as well.I understand paying for shipping, but they do not allow you to submit 2 warranty replacement orders at once. This makes me question, why... ? Is the cost truly solely for shipping? I've had to replace our screens a handful of times. $10 shipping each ******* husband cracked his screen a few months ago, but we waited to get a replacement until mine broke as well, in order to replace them both at the same time & save on shipping. They don't allow it, so it costs $20 to replace 2 screens. It also takes - way too long to receive replacement.After spending over $110 on 2 screen protectors upon initial purchase, I'd rather not spend another $20 at this point - knowing that (like most people), we will need to replace again in the future. ****** has great options. And next day delivery.
