I am currently being harassed by this company. I was past customer who left on bad terms and left a negative ****** review for the way I was treated upon by departure and the reason I left. I left because I denied the opportunity to speak to a manager regarding my account upon trying to terminate my services. I have since been called and text NON STOP even after expressing my wishes not to be contact anymore I am still being called by their sales people who fail to note or delete my account. I am seeking legal actions for this harassment and will be filing suits agains the company as well as each sales person who is calling.Fox Pest Control HQ

Run away from this company. I agreed to the normal pest control contract. And kept having them try to upsell me on termite protection. One of their sales **** called me the night before I was leaving for vacation and pushed and pushed me to take advantage of a promotion they had for the termite protection. I stressed that I was leaving for vacation and also didn't have the money up front. He said they had a payment plan. When I asked his there was anything in addition to the fee I was paying upfront for the protection he said no. And since they were coming out the next day to get this over with before we left, I had to sign all the paperwork quickly. I didn't realize that the "monthly fee" on the contract wasn't just the monthly payment plan for the initial fee. So now I am on the hook for 2 payments a month, to the tune of $1000 for the first year. And if I want to keep the stations that I already paid to have installed I have to continue paying the monthly fee or they will come take them out since they are a "rental". Had I known there was a monthly fee on top of the $500 installation I already paid for, I never would have agreed to this. And I called and there's basically nothing they are willing to do for me. Pretty terrible experience w/ Fox Pest Control. We've used them for several months, with no issues, but today an employee came to do a termite inspection. He insulted my wife, saying "call your husband, men usually have a better understanding of these things."He then recommended a $2300 service, and said we only had 24 hours to decide, or else the results of the inspection would no longer be valid. He also refused to give us anything in writing about his findings or the quoted services, saying it violated state regulations. When I talked to a manager at ***, he said "he wasn't sure about those regulations, but he'd look into it."All in all, just really high-pressure tactics that seemed very sketchy. I'd recommend avoiding Fox and choosing another pest control company in the area. We canceled our contract w/ them.Review fromAngela B

At first they were very good until they started canceling services and then not showing up on the rescheduled date. When I did reach out to them I was told by the customer service *** that they had shown up at my home because the tracking system showed that they had. They missed 2 quarterly services yet they continued to charge my account. I was home on the days in question. The next time a tech was supposed to come to my home he went to the wrong house. I asked him why he went there and he said that is where the tracking system sent him. I called and asked about reimbursement for the quarterly services that I did not receive abd was told the *************** could not reimburse me and I was assured that a customer service manager would call. That did not happen instead my service is now cancelled. I paid for services I did not receive.Fox Pest Control HQ

Service was not completed. Not advised of the correct contract. The person I signed the contract with did not correctly tell me what I was signing. Was told 4 application for $150. That was it. Told nothing about the addition fee per service or the contract. Very disappointed. Plus he never showed up for the Sept 13 th. Service but was charged. We have cameras to prove this. The salesmen stopped when he was in my neighborhood. I told him, if I wanted to use pest control, it would be to prevent rats in the neighborhood from coming onto my property. The sevice person came the next day. She said that they do not recommend baiting rats, unless you actually have them (or their traces) on your property , as they would be drawn to the bait. So she treated some areas where there were ants (not a big problem)She took my credit card #. I got a call saying it did not go through. I got my credit card ****** there was a ***** charge on it. I called ******** had to send them a copy of my CC statement. They called & said they could not find my a/c. Yet, they kept emailing me looking for the whole amount, ignoring the payment. I kept responding to their multiple emails and called them more than once. They finally recognized the fact that they had the *****. So, I sent them a check for the net amount. The next month, they charged my CC again for *****, even though I had paid in full. I called and they said they'd look into it. They emailed me and said that their records were correct. (which they were not). So, I called the ** company, told them to remove the duplicate charge and asked them to block *** from ever charging me anything again.They sold me a service under false pretenses and have a totally useless billing process. I wasted SO MUCH time (numerous emails and phone calls)trying to correct their incompetency.I will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone.Fox Pest Control HQ

I was approached by a young man the in of July 2024 about Fox Pest Control company and what services they had to offer. He said that he could offer me a deal since he was in the neighborhood and had given the people across the street the same services for over $300 for the first visit. He said he would only charge me $107. Then after that I would receive services quarterly for the next year and that charge would be around $60. Since this time I have had a monthly withdrawal from my checking account for $58.85. I have emailed them now several times about terminating the contract. All I get is the run ************ I got a call from a ******* TX phone number telling me that they will be at my house in 15 minutes. No call prior to arrange the appointment. When I call the number back the man was on the rude side, telling me to call the office.I have again emailed the company to cancel their services, feeling that this was a bait and switch or some kind of scam/ dishonest business practice for not fully disclosing the finanical responsibility. This company needs to address my request to end this contract, for fraud.
