      0 STARS! Ordered my daughter the concha pantuflas along with the "no hassel" return/exchange insurance (that was an extra fee). Even though they say they are her size, they are too small. 12/26/24 I filed a claim on the extra "inusrance" I paid for & also emailed them asking to exchange for a larger size. I received an auto email reply stating since they were closed for the holidays and large volume of requests they were behind on replying to emails but I'd hear back from someone with 24 hrs. Didn't hear back so I've emailed a few more times..... I've yet to hear back from the claim nor the emails as of today! The items seem cute but horrible customer service!!!

      Ordered over a month ago and never received an email regarding my order, they are impossible to reach! And do not respond to emails. Buyer beware, do not buy from this company. They are scammers

      Package said delivered, there was no sign of package being delivered at all. I have a camera and no package was delivered. I contacted support, they said : If you still do not have the package, youll need to contact your local post office for more information on delivery as they are the ones responsible for, and in possession of, the package.We do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen packages (as noted in our store policies here; ****************************************************), however if the package is returned to our warehouse we will reach out via email with reshipment information at that time."I contacted ***** no help. So from either party, there is no package for me. And i wasted $50 on this company. Bad customer service. Never ordered from a company before that didn't help with missing packages. 0/5 stars. They even deleted my comment on their ********* post instead of messaging me to figure something out. Horrible company

      DO NOT ORDER! I placed an order over two months ago for the lunch bag and still have not received it. They told me once it was on back order and would receive soon. That has now been another month. They do not reply to emails. Lesson learned the hard way! If I could do zero stars I would!!

I show that we offered this or a free item if you decide to keep waiting in our email response on April 10th but have not received a response to that email, only additional emails asking about your order.We will respond again to your emails and hope to provide a solution for you right away.Thank you.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would this business is a scam they don't answer emails, phone number not in service, social media they leave you on read. I purchased 2 pairs of concha slippers my order was incomplete and I emailed them they never got back to me I had to open a case with PayPal to get refunded.

      Horrible customer service. They take forever to ship. They didnt ship 1/2 of my order and now one is responding to me. Will never order from this company again.

      Horrible service! They claim that there are delays in shipping, but then the items get lost in delivery. They offer little to no support and are more interested in having you make purchases by attempting to entice you with small-percentage discount codes.
