      They only shipped one item from my order. It has been almost a month and they have continued to ignore my multiple emails.

      Placed an order on July 8th. No product, no return emails and the number listed on online just rings. I will be disputing the charge for the product. Horrible company and they do not even deserve one star. You should be ashamed of yourself whoever works at this company or runs it.

      I would give them 0 stars if possible. Purchased a product from them 2 months almost 2 months ago, have not received it. Emailed their Customer Support Team MULTIPLE times and I havent heard back from them. I have asked for my money back if they werent going to send me my product and obviously no response. They are just taking peoples money and l leaving them with nothing.

      This company is lacking in their customer service. I never received my order nor any response to messages I sent to them on all their platforms (social media and email) in a timely manner. I finally received a response after 2 months only to be told that the item was lost. The person who finally responded after 2 months wasnt very friendly and only offered to send a new one. I was hoping to at least get faster shipping because of the 2 months of waiting for the prior order that was lost, but I was told they didnt offer faster shipping. That was a lie since the website offers 3 shipping services/speeds. I preordered the mazapn suitcase that will supposedly ship out in August, but I cancelled because I didnt want to risk the item being lost again and then only being told several months later after asking where my order is. This company has no initiative to keep their customers informed on their orders and only notify customers of any issues after being sent several messages through different platforms. Ive had issues in the past we other companies and online orders but none have ever been this bad.

      Ordered May 9 and paid for 2-5 day shipping. Its now May 26 and my order has not even been shipped (per the tracking number). I emailed to get a status and request a refund of the shipping charges but all I got is an automated email basically saying theyre busy. This is the first and last time I will ever order from Mexi Stuff. I will be filing a claim with my bank to get a full refund.

      I ordered two T shirts one for daughters graduation, si se pudo,and one for my mother, *************, . I have sent emails to support@mexistuff getting back only auto reply and the phone # is a recorded hello and no one there. The things on this site are very expensive .From reading the review they are making money from just not sending things out. I honestly just wanted the t-shirts because of the uniqueness but seems to me that they really don't even have them available. Don't order from this site customer service ***** and my order was never delivered.

      I ordered two items that were advertised as Mothers Day gift. It is now two weeks later and i havent received any update. When I look up the order there is no new info it only says order is being processed. My order confirmation is email said 3-4 business days to process but we are now way past that. This company should close their doors

      If I could leave a 0, I would. I still havent received my order placed over a month ago. No response to my emails, either.
